Would be 0 stars if possible.... Never arrived and didn't respond to emails... Luckily I was able to claim money back from bank! It's a SCAM do not buy from this website!!!!!

Very bad material that peels and sticks to you.
They do not operate from the UK and send from China.
Any refunds or returns you're gonna have to pay for it.

First of all, their website stated they were UK however it’s come all the way from China and took two weeks.
For £26 a blanket I have been robbed, the sizing is horrific and quality shocking. I am not hopeful I will get a refund from them but DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Our experience with this company started on a bad note and ended on a bad note. I can verify that the other one star reviews are true going by our own experience. We too waited weeks, yet their website says between 7-10 business days.
The fact you can’t contact them on the phone is very frustrating and you can wait a couple of days for an email reply. Once it did finally come the quality which apparently they check according to their website also wasn’t up to scratch. Loose threads could be seen, a hole appeared near the tail almost within minutes of wearing it and the most annoying aspect of the blanket was instead of a button to close the mouth there were fleece tassels hanging, one from the top and one from the bottom. Yet these are no where to be seen in their video clips, that advertise the blanket, which makes it very misleading. Overall we were not happy with the service or product.

Chinese scam

I ordered a shark blanket size L from this company and they sent me the wrong size (blanket was way too small). I asked for an exchange and they said they will send me a replacement if i pay the shipping me. I refused as it’s their fault they sent me the wrong size and asked for a refund, in which they said to send to their warehouse in Vegas. On their website they advertised an Australian address for my location.

If I could give no stars I would!! This company is obviously a scam. They advertise as being in the UK but are clearly not.
Blanket comes from china, take weeks to arrive and then is completely different to the photos on their website. I ordered the XL for my husband and it wouldn’t even fit a child.
Having asked for a refund or replacement many times I was told they would send a replacement but I would need to pay for delivery which is expensive.
Told them I wasn’t happy to pay any further money out as it was their mistake and the blanket is not fit for purpose. They then told me I could return it to Las Vegas for a refund. Return delivery would be about £25!!! So they know no one is going to do that as what is the point, and I don’t believe they would refund the money even after receiving the blanket back!
Avoid at all costs, it’s a scam!!

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and never arrived. Tracking link is in China and doesn't work. Not a UK company.

Somethings definitely off with this company. Call themselves shark blanket UK yet they ship from China and the return address is Las Vegas.

I ordered the biggest adult size they offered as the measurements shown it would be a bit bigger than I’d need, with room to spare. (Im 5ft 7 and what I ordered said for 5ft 8- 6ft 2).

Ordered the 18th august. Arrived 7th September and when I tried it on it was completely wrong. The legs are extremely tight so I couldn’t actually walk in it, and it’s very short. I pulled it up as much as I could and the arms only came up to my hips, these were also very short and didn’t have the holes in so you can have your hands out. You’d have to be the size of an Oompa Loompa to have this fit.

Emailed straight away in which they responded saying they’ll refund if I return. Due to the cost of international postage I asked if they had a UK return address which they don’t. They said due to the postage cost if I send the photos showing the issue I can keep the item and they’ll send a full refund (as they should considering the fault is there’s). They also said they could send me a new one out if I cover shipping (this would probably be the same cost as returning) as they were apparently releasing even bigger sizes. I decided to just stick with the refund as there’s no point in having another sent when the first size is extremely wrong.

After telling them this they’ve gone back to wanting me to return the item. Questioned them about what they originally said about me keeping the item and being refunded (also have proof of this which was sent along with my email) and since then they have stopped responding. Now in the process of getting a chargeback through my bank as this company is clearly dodgy.

Do not buy. Dodgy company. False advertising. Drop shippers. Bad customer service

UPDATE- got my money back through my bank.

This company says it’s in the UK but it’s in China. My item never arrived. The tracking site never worked and when I have contacted them they say they won’t refund because it’s been dispatched. This is a scam site so avoid

No confirmation text/email. No reply from customer services. Cannot use tracking on website. Avoid

The blanket arrives from China which took about two weeks. Once arrived the blanket was no where near the sizes demonstrated on the website. I am 159cm and ordered a large which didn’t even come up to my shoulders. When I requested to return they wanted the item sending to Las Vegas, USA. This website is a con PLEASE AVOID!!! I have essentially wasted my money.

Website is co.uk and lists a London contact address but the item was shipped from China, took weeks to arrive and was a poor copy of the item shown and described on the website, not even fit for purpose.
The blanket is too narrow to walk in and doesn't have arm holes, it's not double sided fleece as listed and it is less than half the width listed on the website.
I contacted them and requested a refund and they want me to post it to the USA.
They have also offered to send me a 'new improved quality blanket' for another £15 postage which they claim will match the images on the site.
Absolute scam.
