Excellent chairs I'm so happy with them, they are definitely worth the money. But it took 3 weeks delivery, I understand it was over the Christmas, it was worth the wait in the end.

I recently ordered a dining table and 6 chairs, plus 2 bar stools, all from Shawcross. The service was fantastic from the get-go. The owner of the company, Stephen, took the time to speak to me on the phone at length to go through my choices in detail, offering his advice and expertise, and he also helped me with the payment portal when I had an issue with that.

One of the best things about Shawcross is that the drivers are able to assemble all the furniture for a small charge. This was absolutely essential for me as I live by myself, and self-assembly is not an option!

Everything was perfectly streamlined and exactly as Stephen had said it would be. Once the furniture was ready, I received a text advising the delivery date and asking whether or not I needed the assembly to be done, to which I of course replied yes! The whole process was very well-organised.

The delivery drivers arrived bang on time and were extremely quick and efficient in bringing the furniture into the house and getting it assembled in record time. They were lovely, friendly guys from Manchester and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The furniture itself is truly beautiful, fabulous quality, and I have already had several compliments on the marble table which is stunning to look at, and very solid.

I will most certainly be ordering again when I need furniture, and would highly recommend Shawcross.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, I cannot fault Shawcross in any way at all.

Communication is on point - No matter what time of day/night and will go out of their way to answer any questions asked.

Price point is the cheapest you’ll find and they’re happy to continue with deals the more you spend. They become so cheap their markup must have been minimal. Their main concern was that I am happy.

The best quality products on the market and delivered when stated with regular updates on the day.

So disappointed I received damaged table an chairs with scratches on frame legs of table an the chair legs.
Also the stitching staples are missing off the chairs that keeps the stitching fabric together and is coming apart

I honestly would avoid this company
I don't understand where the gd reviews are coming from but it's terrible.

The table and chairs were delivered on time and looked awesome. Only a slight problem, I ordered Black chairs and they delivered Grey, I was told they had no Black ones in stock by one of the delivery guys when he was assembling the chairs. I was a bit taken aback to find that at this late stage, they had substituted the colour. Would have liked to have been contacted about this before the delivery landed. What if I hadn’t have paid the £150 for them to make the Chairs and table up. I would have only realised when I opened the boxes. Although I was initially disappointed, I’m still really happy with the furniture and the Grey chairs😊

Asked delivery men would they assemble dining table, as I am a pensioner. They charged me £80 for assembly, then left all the considerable amount of packaging in my front garden and drove off. I emailed shawcross furniture 3 days ago to complain, and have had no response, disappointed.

Excellent service and excellent quality after care is spot on too. The delivery drivers were friendly and put the stuff where I asked. Yes it was a 5 am delivey considering they came from Manchester to Essex I wouldn't expect nothing less and they were on time and the bonus being I put it all together why everyone was in bed so nice and peaceful.

Bought the Louis table and chairs when there was 25% off and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase it’s well made and looks stunning would highly recommend,was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering.

Delivered before expected delivery date, Two gentlemen who delivered were fantastic, called the day before and 30mins before theybwere at the property.
