I cant tell you how happy I am I found SheBang. Ive been really struggling with perimenopause symptoms for a while now (terrible sleep, rubbish skin, low mood, hot flushes etc) and needed something to help get on top of it all. I tried a few different things but saw no real impact. I can honestly say that SheBang has really helped me turn a corner. I started with the Hot Choccy and my sleep has really improved, and mornings so much easier! The protein powders are delicious. Ive gotten into a routine of starting the day with a protein powder smoothie (the choccy one with Coconut milk, frozen cherries, and banana is my favourite), and feel stronger, healthier, more in control. My skin has stopped looking so dull.

I honestly didnt think it would have such an impact but it really has. I'm a convert! ❤️

I don’t usually leave reviews, but, having tried many different things to help alleviate my numerous perimenopausal symptoms, I’m finding Shebangs products are really working, particularly with helping to regulate my sleep.
The best part is that I feel like I’m giving myself a real treat every time I make one of their drinks. I’ve tried all of them, but particularly love the peri chai and the hot chocolate.
Have even ordered them for my friends.
Can’t wait to try the rose vanilla!

I’ve been using Shebang original Peri Chai Latte for a while now, and wow—what a difference! It’s become my go-to nightly treat: this delicious drink has genuinely helped support my sleep, soothe hot flashes, and stabilize my mood. The chai flavor is delightful—comforting, warming, and perfectly spiced. It’s such a relaxing addition to my evening routine.

Before the Company emailed me to advertise a new product, I did not realise that they offered a 30-day guarantee. Learning this, I contacted them and explained my experience with the four 300g products that I had recently purchased.

Unfortunately, however, since I had gone five days past their 30-day guarantee, they refused to take any action, and their response indicated that I would only have been given a store credit in any case. Considering how unhappy I was with all four of the items that I purchased, I doubt I would have placed any additional orders anyway.

This just added further disappointment to my experience because in my line of work,
I frequently use non-policy methods to resolve disputes, especially when someone has had such a bad experience. I do this because, quite simply, the reputation of the business is more valuable than enduring a minor setback. Sadly, however, it would appear that not all businesses possess a similar mindset.

Needless to say, overall I am very disappointed with my purchases and the experience that I have had, especially given the price point of the products. Not all the flavours are available as sample packs, and those that are, are priced quite highly. This saw me purchase the pack sizes that I did, and given that I generally have a very broad taste palette, I didn’t expect to find the products so unpleasant. I regret my purchase, and could not recommend the products to others.

My specific experience with each product is as follows:

Peri Hot Choccy - extremely bitter with a lingering unpleasant aftertaste. I am a black coffee drinker and this product was so bitter that I was unable to drink it. Adding the Peri Salted Caramel Latte or Vanilla Peri Protein POWder did not improve this greatly, and neither did adding sugar, milk or Drinking Chocolate. Unfortunately all beverages attempted were discarded in the sink.

Peri Salted Caramel Latte - despite being sweeter than the Choccy, there was still an ‘odd’ unpalatable flavour to the beverage, and again a very unpleasant aftertaste. The drink was ultimately poured down the sink.

Vanilla Peri Protein POWder - not a very strong vanilla flavour, and it didn’t dissolve or mix well. As a weight loss surgery patient there are other protein powders out there that perform and taste (or not taste in the tasteless versions) better than this. One would be better with those alternative protein products, coupled with vitamin supplements in capsule form (taken separately), and a dash of vanilla if you need a proper vanilla flavour added to a beverage. Again, this one ended up down the sink.

Peri Chai Latte - of all of them, this was probably the best, however, it did not taste anything remotely like Chai or a latte. After a few sips, this also ended up down the sink. It had a strong turmeric flavour, an overpowering pepper taste, and again the extremely unpalatable ‘odd’ aftertaste. Sugar didn’t help improve the flavour, and nor did vanilla.
