Started poorly - ended much better.
So, I had an awful experience to begin with which prompted me to post an honest review, this seemingly prompted SheSpot to get in touch directly asking how they could help with my order. Holly went out of her way to help & had my order dispatched same day which arrived with no problem, including a free gift with my order which was really appreciated. I genuinely thought Holly getting in touch directly advising of the issues experienced their side helped me understand what went wrong.

Great choice
Great choice, but the good toys are expensive. But those really do their job... great experience and it did not take long 😁

Great customer service
I had a problem with my order (which was a mix of site bug and my inattention), I emailed them about it and they answered immediately, gave me many options to fix it, and followed through. They were very kind and helpful. The products are good too.
