shespot.co.uk Reviews

I really cannot recommend this brand enough. I have bought a number of items and each one has been of excellent quality and really sophisticated adding class to pleasurable experiences.

Their customer service is also brilliant, having recently needed a new charger for an item. The replacement charger arrived within a matter of days and I was kept informed throughout the process and this was really easy.

I cannot wait to see this brand grow more and for all the exciting products to come.

I haven’t gotten to try them yet because they haven’t arrived yet

Great company, prompt discreet delivery.

Wife loves it. Silent and descrite.

I had an issue with my order and Holly sorted it out so quickly. Thank you so much :)
Plus I love my product :)

Great products sent quickly in nice recyclable packaging

Thank you so much for sending me my order again! There has been absolutely AMAZING customer service and excellent communication to help resolve my delivery issues (which turned out to be no fault of SheSpot at all) You have really made my birthday special! I will definitely be ordering again!

The other reviews are not lying, they have the absolute best customer service! Very friendly, respond quick and help you out. Also high quality and great products. 10/10.

Products are excellent quality and are totally fit for purpose. No cheap gimmicks here. Positively joyous.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made a purchase and I hadn’t received it by the date I was expecting so I messaged the customer service and was given complimentary next day delivery

The customer service of this company is incredible. Holly the co founder reached out after I shared a review to collect more information about the experience myself and my partner had. Holly was incredibly understanding about the review and shared how the company is trying to improve the product. She also explained it wasn’t just myself and partner who were experiencing this issue.
Thank you Holly 🩷

Sometimes things go wrong and how it is handled can make all the difference. I received an order intended as a gift for my wife and the product had unfortunately been opened and handled. I contacted them immediately in a bit of a panic and they replied the same day to rectify the situation.

They went so far above and beyond to put it right that I can say with confidence that this is the best interaction I've had with any company. The effort they put in to make it right meant a lot to both my wife and I, so for that they deserve at least 5 stars!

Thank you!

I have always had great service from SheSpot. It truly is a stand out subscription and one I look forward to! There is nothing like it on the market. If I have had any questions the ladies behind SheSpot have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience with SheSpot! I ordered their summer special edition box last year and knew I was going to be impressed as soon as the box arrived. It was so discreetly packaged and when I opened it everything just felt so classy. Nothing felt mass produced, it seemed like the box had been put together with so much care. Then the products themselves were gorgeous. It’s all female wellness focused - I had a beautiful massage oil and intimate body wash which I loved so much, I might have to re order separately. The fact that it is female founded is a bonus - feels like the women who founded it really know and understand what women want. Overall 10/10 experience. I can’t wait to check out their online shop.

Fast delivery, high quality packaging and very well curated product mix within the box, touching across different zones of female wellness. Very well received! I am also going to check out their new marketplace that has individual items which I think is a fab idea!

Let me share with you my experience with SheSpot and the pleasure collection bundle 😁 From the start, opening the package, and my thoughts on everything related to it 🤩 super discreet outer package, if I wasn't expecting your box today, without opening it, I could never have guessed what was inside ❤️(which is kinda awesome in my opinion! Especially if you have noisy neighbours). Regarding the content of the box... I mean, it was everything that I could have expected and more. Everything that has a smell, smells simply divine (sounds kinda weird 😅 #sorryNotSorry). From the candle, lip balm, lube, silk cuffs, and even the bullet vibrator. Every single item gives you that feeling of luxury and of being special ❤️ and that is such an amazing thing to offer (in my humble opinion 😍).
With that being said, I truly hope that when your next bundle becomes available that I will be able to acquire it🤞
Last but not least, thank you for going through this "journey" with me, it was such an easy-going interaction, every single time!
Looking forward to seeing SheSpot "conquering" the world ❤️

Got a box for my girlfriend, she loves it!

Such a gorgeous and classy treat! Would highly recommend, I’m absolutely hooked on some of the products now, receiving a box is a great way to find out more about small brands as well as treating yourself!

I have purchased a few shespot boxes for my wife. My wife said: The packaging is lovely and discreet. The products are great, there's always something new to try and the quality of the products is exceptional. Care and consideration about women's health and wellbeing has gone into each box. The products you receive are worth way more than the cost of a shespot box so it's definitely value for money.
I recommend the shespot boxes and my husband and I will continue to support them. Great idea, thanks shespot.
