I had recently two sessions with Sofia and am happy to share the wonderful results. Being challenged in the last 4 years with multiple health issues I came to realize their connection with my past traumas as a child and growing up. Fortunately I found Sofia and with her loving guidance and patience we have been able to reconnect to those early instances of my self and start a path of healing and resolving my old wounds. I call it the way back home :) Today I can say I feel totally different. My symptoms are subsiding, I feel lighter in my body, freer, more connected and with this deep sense that I AM OK, I BELONG AND I AM LOVED! Thank you Sofia.

What I loved most about the session was Sofia’s determination to truly help me and get to the root of what was causing my discomfort, so she could then help me transform it. She followed every step beautifully and intervened when needed to ensure I healed the pain, rather than allowing it to take over.

Sofia worked with me over two weeks to help me move forward in resolving a thorny problem. I've been working on this issue for years, so frankly didn't expect the amount of movement that wound up occurring. Days later, I'm still resonating with the experience, and feel fortunate to have engaged with her. She left me with tools and images to call on that can quickly anchor me in my best self when feeling like I'm not up to a challenge or can't seem to reach the surface of things. I feel stronger, more settled, and lighter.

As others have said, she listens deeply, holds space incredibly well, asks great questions, and is generous. She helped me do the emotional work I needed to do in a way that always kept me feeling safe, even when it was difficult. She helped me make friends with my doubts and fears, and move me into a place of more agency.

This was a meaningful four hours, and I can see how more work with her would have a profound impact on my life. I am grateful for her skilled and intuitive guidance. She's wonderful, warm, and empowering.
