One star is generous. Should really be zero stars.

Fake company. Just a drop ship company from amazon, FBA.

What I ordered and what I received were two different items. Your CS rep tried to convince me they were the same item however they still provided incorrect images which is quite funny. Then they tried to play “Lets Make a Deal” and keep the item that was shipped to me and receive a credit. I asked for the refund option and they said it was processed. It was never processed and I have proof the rep lied to me. I still havent received the funds back so now I have to dispute the charges.

Dont shop here. Just buy it direct from amazon bc that’s where it will be coming from anyways.

Very quick shipment great product

After what I would have generally said was a bad experience, this company's customer service reached out to me and insisted on making this right and was genuinely concerned about the experience I had. I find this to be a rarity with today's companies and their customer service has changed my opinion of Shipitfurniture. Customer service is worth its weight in gold here.

Delivery service was on point, it also arrived earlier than expected, shipping was fast

Look more like a dark grey thrn black but the quality and design is nice

Amazing fast shipping

1) ordered 6 of the same items which did not match description.
2) husband offered to put his own time into manually fixing 2 out of the 6 because we did not want to go back to the drawing board and wait longer for better furniture while I filled out the return on the website
3) called due to no response- they do not actually offer over the phone service even tho it is advertised
4) emailed regarding a response for the return. They responded with false proof to a fake email address. Went back and forth offering me store credit to buy more of their low quality furniture for a week due to their lack of responses to finally agree to a full return of the other 4 which were still in the boxes.
5) took over a week for them to then email me ONE shipping label for FOUR boxes. FedEx will not accept only one label and I emailed them multiple times requesting the other 3 labels. They seem to have ghosted in their responses. I have requested a charge back from my CC company and want to discourage anybody from buying from this company.
