This company failed to ship my prepaid order #12241 for 1 10,000 mAh free power pod black. Prepaid 8,600¥
Their email no longer works. This order was placed 10/24/2024. They unauthorized shipped me a 5,000mAh. The failed to respond to my emails. They refuse to take back the 5,000 and requests that I pay for the return. I never ordered 5,000. What do I do?

My case broke after one day. Also it got so hot when I charged it that the phone overheated. I emailed customer service immediately and no one responded. Waste of money. Stay far away

Total waste of money. Case does not charge. Complained many times and they promised a replacement. But it never arrived. Total con merchants. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total rip-off.

Looks pretty but not functional . Case does not support magnetic back8ng, have to remove case to charge as charging hole is too small for charger

This case is something I could’ve gotten from Amazon or temu!
Way too expensive for it to be a basic case!
The pictures shown makes it seem like it’s almost 3d however what I received was a basic phone case
I have the iPhone 16 and have to take the phone out of the case to get good pictures!

I asked for a refund because I ordered a privacy screen protector and because it was out of stock I received a clear one. Bad customer service bad product... this company sucks

REASONABLY PRICED

Ordered 2 cases
I only received one phone case (standford- blue for iPhone 16 plus) which is not as described - there is suppose to be magnets on the kickstand to enable MagSafe charging- its just plastic- no magnets in case. The other dispute is because I haven’t received the other iPhone case (Gilbert - Blue for iPhone 16 Pro ). I emailed them three times with no reply detailing my issue and inquiring about the shipping status. I did also open a PayPal dispute, and through that the seller finally responded notifying me it is out of stock, no more replies by seller in which I asked for refund for missing case and return label for the other case as it is not as described.

Let’s start with false advertising ….the picture of the case looked fantastic but when it arrived it was dull it looks like a basic case that is black and bought at Amazon for $10-15. Oh wait there’s more the cute little Apple sticker fell off to top it off. I was duped by your advertisement .

Désolé mais 1 etoile car la coque est arrivée cassé je demande un remboursement ont me dit qu'il faut la renvoyer en chine... je demande un bordereau d envoie et depuis plus de nouvelles... pour une coque à 36 euros qui est clairement de mauvaise qualité super.

So far so good. Looking forward to see product.
