HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NO PRODUCT RECEIVED!!
My first attempt at receiving my item was returned due to an error in the address, which was not my fault. Then I tried to reach someone at the phone number listed and no one ever answered, then I sent an email and received a rude reply via WhatsApp saying I'd get another delivery and provided me with some nonexistent China tracking number. Two weeks later still no item. I am reporting them and have started an investigation through my credit card company.

I ordered two cases and they sent me the wrong case for one of the items I have sent two emails to try and see how I can rectify this and have yet to receive a response. I have placed a new order today for the proper case since I did not receive any response, I am very disappointed, but this is a gift, I promise to someone so I had to order at my own expense. Not a happy customer.

Horrible experience
I asked them to cancel an order and they didn’t and sent it anyways and when I tried to return it they told me I had to send it back to a China address and the cost to send it back was almost as much as the refund would be…. No response after that. I also asked if the case was sturdy and was told yes very sturdy and it is very flimsy.

My case had 4 missing screws on the front of the case Order SMC8731
Update, one month later and a “sorry”. How about fixing the issue instead of an apology. I guess it’s why it’s called customer service and support. You won’t find that here.
