When we first arranged support for my dad, I wasn’t sure how he would respond to having carers in the house. From day one, the Shirecare team put him at ease. They never rush him, and they’ve built a lovely routine together. I can honestly say he’s more relaxed now than he has been in years. Seeing him smile again after their visits has been the biggest reassurance for me.

When my mamma needed care
When my mamma needed care, it was an emotional and uncertain time for our family. From the very beginning, Shirecare provided not only professional service but also genuine compassion and warmth.
The carers who looked after her were attentive, respectful, and truly kind-hearted. They treated her with the dignity she deserved and always took time to listen, comfort, and support her – not just physically, but emotionally too. It made such a difference knowing she was in safe, caring hands.
Communication with the team was clear and consistent, and they always kept us informed. No question or concern was ever too small, and they were always willing to help.
We’ll always be grateful for the care, patience, and kindness they showed during such a delicate chapter in our lives. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shirecare any family looking for reliable and compassionate care for a loved one.

THE BEST COMPANY!! As a family we looked into a lot of care companies for my Mammas care and we picked Shirecare & what a great choice we made! I can honestly Shirecare has made all our lives a little easier. All the Carers have been so lovely and can't do enough for you.
