Ordered a special T-Shirt for a Birthday Party
As the website is listed as co.uk it was assumed that shipping was from the UK. But it's not!

Initially I received a prompt confirmation that the item had been produced and was being shipped. All good!

However it arrived approximately 11 days after the order was placed....and too late for the party. So it still remains in the packaging...of no use to anyone.....and it wasn't cheap.

Tried calling the company several times to find out where it was (as the tracking number didn't work) but there wasn't anyone available! Left a message....no call back. Sent an email....no reply. Sent an online form....no correspondence!

At no point during the ordering process was it made obvious that orders needed to be shipped from Europe or that I could pay extra to fast track the order.

Very poor customer service and kind feel a little mislead by the entire experience. Terrible

Excellent service. Initial confusion with the tracking number but when customer services contacted, a rapid response was sent. Two items of very good quality and very nice printing. Will certainly use again!

They keep giving me a tracking number that doesn't exist.For me it's a scam, i've been waiting for the parcel for 3 weeks now. Bad and unreliable service.

I ordered a personalised sweatshirt at this shop and it didn't match my first expectations. I thought I could return my first order so I ordered another one which was a fine article.
After several attempts to return the first sweatshirt the support only told me I needed to read the Return policy to know that personalised articles cannot be returned. It is clearly false Marketing to put an Ad for 30 days exchange rights directly below personalised articles. Overall a very bad customer experience.

Excellent customer service, I firstly wanted an exchange which they did for free then I returned the item and was refunded even before they had received it back! So reasonable and friendly! Thank you!

Original order was delayed and I contacted Shirtinator. They were very understanding and eventually agreed to replace the order with no extra cost. When order eventually arrived, I let them know immediately but they were happy to let the replacement order continue and still not charge. Excellent service. Can't praise staff highly enough!!! Well done!

The customised long sleeve I ordered is top quality and I am overall really pleased with the product. Item came within a week, will definitely buy from these again.

Designed my own tshirt. Took a few days to arrive but I'm very happy with the quality of it, it feels like a screen print - it's a white tshirt btw. I'm about to create another on black so I'm not sure what this one will be like as I'm not sure how they will print white on black.

Ordered a printed mug on 16th of July, was sent confirmation email and tracking number.
Then it has gone wrong no mug arrived as yet and no replies to emails sent to Shirtinator about my order.
Tracking number said had been dispatched and at some point it was delivered to me (didn't get it and someone at home due to Covid ) , but then tracking says will attempt yet another delivery?
Wouldnt shop with these again will try and attempt to get my money back

The color of the T-shirt was wrong. But Shirtinator promptly repaid the money. So ok.

During this tough period of confinement in France, Shirtinator were very quick to make and deliver my personalized shirt to me and the design quality was amazing! It was my second order and I will gladly be ordering more! Thank you!

I'm still waiting for half my order from the 10th December. I have emailed them and no response. Very poor service.
I have just tried emailing the head-shirtnator.co.uk only for the email I wrote to be blocked. I feel scammed.
Update ..... Still no reply from Shirtinator. I'm going to PayPal to open up a case and to get my money back now.
2nd update on 29th December... Still waiting for a reply from this bad company, they're showing very poor service to customers. I am never going back to this firm. I just want my hoodie delivered before Xmas as a present, I ordered it on the 10th December and it's still showing as being processed. They have ignored my emails. Don't buy from them. Now gone from 2 to 1 star.
Update 29th December... Now gone through PayPal to resolve and get my money refunded. It's the end of 30th December and no response from the company. This shows how bad the service is.
It's now 8th Jan, The company hasn't responded to PayPal email. I have now escalate this case....

Ordered myself a hoodie a bit ago,

Now I accidently made a few typo's in my design, sadly It was already being shipped, so I contacted the company but still no reply to this date. I asked for a replacement because of my mistake, but I would gladly accepted a discount or something because it was my own fault in the first place. But I can't get over the fact how BAD the service is because of not getting any response.
The thing what also doesn't please me is the fact the hoodie is not a deep black I would have hoped for, you really can see an ever so slightly tint of blue, which is disappointing.
The hoodie itself feels somewhat cheap, with a big notice at the thin zipper that im sure of you can snap off pretty easily with a bit of to much force.

Not happy at all. Only a refund will make me slightly happy at this point, which I doubt I will get.
Please do NOT buy any stuff from them, your better off going somewhere else.

Edit: After some back and forth email, they offered me a replacement with the corrected names or a refund. I went for the replacement, everything is good now and they excused themself multiple times. They redeemed themself in my eyes. Still one star less for the somewhat cheap feeling i get. Other then that: everything is okay.

Ordered a custom design T-shirt on the 2nd of July to be made for a special occasion on the 5th. The website said it would be printed and shipped to arrive on the 4th if I paid for express delivery (At the time I did not care for the price) It came beautifully made and delivered on the 3rd!

Amazing speed, my friend loved it. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone

Though the site is good in terms of how you are able to design your t-shirt, when the order arrived I was rather disappointed with the overall quality. The colour of the logo I added was dull in comparison, the black text is really not very sharp at all, and the quality of the t-shirt itself is very thin and cheap despite buying the most expensive t-shirt option specifically to get a t-shirt with good quality thick fabric. Disappointing considering I spent £60 per t-shirt.

I don't believe the quality of the print is down to the design I created as I made sure the quality of every image I added was 'excellent' (there is a rating against each image you upload to indicate the quality it will print at). The actual print is just not sharp whether it be an image I added or text added through their editor.

If you hold the t-shirt up to the window you can very clearly see the design on the other side of the t-shirt coming through, so it's thin to the extend I'm not sure I would be confident to wear it without something underneath.

I have rated them with 2 stars instead of one because the tools on the site to create your design are good, and I found service to be good with the order dispatched quickly and arrive quickly. If the product had also been of high quality this would definitely have been a 5 star review, but considering the price and quality I can really only give a 2 star rating.

3 items ordered all very poor quality fabrics and poor print, also the black items arrived with hairs all over them. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I feel cheated by this company. Parcels probably didn't send, and they don't respond to emails. A month has passed.

I don't recommend shopping with them.

I ordered a t-shirt from Shirtinator with images to be printed on the front and back. When the t-shirt arrived there was nothing printed on the back. I e-mailed service#shirtinator.co.uk and registered the complaint on their website but I have never heard back from them. I also have tried calling the office phone number (020 3140 8140) several times between Mon-Fri, 9am to 1pm, however the answerphone message always says that it is outside office hours.
Not a good experience, the website is good but the rest of the company does not work well!

Ordered a blue tshirt with logo. When I received it where they had imprinted the logo it was noticeably lighter around it, looked faded. Quality of the fabric was extremely poor, cheap and nasty and I would not purchase again
