Couldn’t be happier. The cinnamon swirl bites are fab! And so low calorie. Since I count my calories, this is so important. They’re satisfying to and filling and delicious. I also love anything sour and watermelon. But I want to be careful about sugar and fat intake so there are some great options. I’m a fan.

We are a Turkey-based cargo company. We have done business with this company 3-4 times and received payment. However, in our last transaction, we issued an invoice for 4919 USD. They repeatedly promised to pay and stalled us. Because we did not receive payment, we have initiated legal action against this company.

Ordered on 17th august and received no tracking info, no updates on my package, and my package has still not arrived (6th september).. I’ve written an email and they don’t respond.
Glad I used paypal…

Total scam ordered over a week ago multiple emails sent with no reply and no items received. I guess this company is just taking money of customers and not paying. Glad I used PayPal!

Received quickly, there was some damage when delivered but customer service was good. Items resent quickly which I really appreciate. Many thanks

I placed an order a few weeks ago. On the same day, I had an email confirming my order had been posted along with a tracking number for 48 hr delivery with Royal Mail. However after about 3 days, the tracking info showed that Royal Mail were still waiting for the parcel to get to them. I emailed The Snackhouse several times before finally getting a reply a few days later to say that they had sent the parcel and would investigate with Royal Mail and update me. After more chasing from me, I eventually had another email saying they'd investigate with Royal Mail again as the tracking info had not changed status. After nearly three weeks and giving them the opportunity to send a replacement, I requested a refund twice which they agreed to and I have now received. They also sent a packet of sweets as an apology using the same tracking info which had no issues that time.
I'm genuinely confused about what was going on. I saw no evidence of any follow up with Royal Mail and, until I got my money back, I was concerned it was a scam. Although I appreciated the apology sweets sent (which is why this is 2 stars and not 1 star), I had to chase the company numerous times and ultimately I didn't get the goods I'd hope to purchase.

Sent out of date items when not stipulated on the website. Tried to contact them numerous times this week but met with nothing. Terrible customer service.

*UPDATED* I have since been contacted by Thesnackhouse who have kindly apologized and sent out a replacement product which has a few months date on it, if I'm being petty they did offer some "complimentary freebies" which didn't arrive with the order but overall satisfied.

Order hasn't been shipped after a week.
No replies to emails and chat on their site doesnt work.

Obviously seems like a scam site at this point.

Placed an order 29th April. Still haven't received. Even had the cheek to email me to review a product I haven't even received. Multiple emails sent with no response. Messages on the company tiktok videos,clearly been acknowledged as the comments are being deleted.

Absolutely shocking. Placed my order for my sons birthday over 2 weeks ago and still not recieved it even though my order stated 48 hours tracked delivery via royal mail. I have been asking and asking for updates, yet all they can say is they have no idea where my parcel is, no idea when its coming, no idea whats happened. They have failed to offer me a refund or replacement shipping even though I have stated that this is the bare minimum that they could do. They have offered me 10% off my next order which obviously i will not be using. Then they have offered me a refund for the shipping alone, not the whole order. So they would like me to settle for a £25 loss through no fault of my own, very weird, despite me explaining that I want neither and I literally just either want a full refund or a replacement order. I have sent multiple multiple emails and i recieve a reply every other day if im lucky, saying they have zero updates and completely disregard my questions for a refund or replacement, offering me ridiculous alternatives. Absolutely disgustingly shocking customer service, comes across polite but has not a care in the world. They must need the money BAD to be able to refuse a refund on a £30 order even though they are completely at fault. Embarrassing really and I sincerely hope they get less and less customers because they dont deserve the custom.
