Ordered 3 x 12 cans from this company. They arrived quickly and well protected with lots of bubble wrap in a strong box. Customer services also easy to chat to when I had a query. I’d recommend them!

This is a fabulous company, so pleased I found them. I ordered and it was delivered within 4 days, which is very reasonable - they are not Amazon, so wasn't expecting next day delivery!

Everything I ordered was supplied, along with a few little freebie surprise gifts, such a lovely touch!

I would recommend them and will definitely order from them again.

10/10 jolly ranchers are my pregnancy craving and impossible to find in UK now so happy and fast delivery even included free sweets thank you for your service 🫡🫡

I have ordered from MCR Snack Distro a few times, got some blue razz jolly ranchers, they taste amazing, unbeatable price (lowest i’ve seen in UK), overall 10/10 could not expect more, owner even threw in an extra bag!!

Sadly I sent an email but as you've sent me a review before answering my email, it's been a few days now, I'll state what went wrong publicly. I'm always a bit annoyed when companies charge extortionate prices for p and p, and then you don't get your product next day, ordered on the 23rd, sat, and received on the 28th, Thurs, stated 1 to 2 working days, so, annoyed at the 5.99 delivery charge but that was well stated, just wasn't delivered when suggested. Again to be fair I did miss a call from them but upon checking my email it was said that two items had been refunded from my order and promptly the amount went back on to my credit card. My real issue was the fact that instead of actually refunding for other stuff they didn't have in stock they just provided more of items I had ordered. I didn't particularly want four of the same flavour of one product I had ordered. Another issue I have was that the sell by date on one of the products had expired. Fine if stated but not stated on the description. So if we start at five stars, 1 star lost for not having products in stock, or at least not keeping your website up to date, another star lost for the postage cost and the fact that the package was considerably later than the 1 to 2 working days as stated. Another lost for the sell by date and the final lost star for swapping out items and replacing with a similar product.

These guys are amazing, needed some specific drinks for my sons birthday and I left it till the last minute as I didn't realise they were imports and not easily available. MCR Snack Distro really helped me out and made sure my son got the items before his birthday and even gave us a few extras for him! Really highly recommend, thanks so much for saving the day! X

The shop is a hidden gem! Staff were very fast with questions I had asked through Instagram! Everything was answered and checked like I has asked!
Shipping was really fast and got it delivered within 48 hours! Everything was packed with care and was very well packed with double boxes and bubble wrap that kept everything undamaged!

If the product you order is in stock then this company is fab. Fast delivery and good selection. However, please beware if you have an issue with delivery of products. A product I ordered went out of stock after I ordered it, I tried to contact the company multiple times through both WhatsApp and email and had absolutely no reply from them. Eventually, 4wks after my initial order, I received a phone call informing me that they have no idea when my product with come back into stock and I cancelled my order. 1wk later i checked stock on their website and my product was in fact back in stock at a higher price! I believe that they knew it was coming back but didnt want to honour the price i had paid. I had an email confirming my refund. 37 days later I am still waiting for this refund! Again I have emailed and had no response! Customer service at MCR is an absolute disgrace and I am furious.
