I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. The corduroy shirt I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive from China. Quality seems ok for the price but it is too small. Another 3 weeks and here I sit waiting for the return label. From what I am seeing here the shirt will probably go to a friend or my local donation shop.

I ordered three half-zip sweatshirts from Shirts In Style for $95.52 in early May, 2025. The shirts were delivered three weeks later. The sweatshirts were not anywhere close to the depiction in the website ad. They also had a wrist band that was way too large for the shirt. They offered 30 day returns with authorization. It took me three attempts to them for a return before I finally got an email from them. They made me several offers of discounts on future orders if I would keep the product. They even suggested I give them to a friend or relative and take a 20 per cent discount on my next order. I refused all these "offers", and demanded a return authorization. They finally said they would only offer a refund once the product was returned to some Province in rural China at my expense. After reading reviews, I discovered this is their scheme. Sell poorly made "knock-off" materials and then make it too difficult for the buyer to return a defective or mis-represented product. Many of the reviews said it would cost them more to return the product to China than they paid for it in the first place. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Shirts In Style or any of the other names they use for this sham business! Any communications you might be lucky to receive from them after you have paid....is from a company with a different name. Premier is one of those names. If you do....you will regret it.

Item was thin, fit was odd for me. I contacted them multiple times for a return and got no response. What a waste of money and time. I will not order from them again.

Product quality is VERY bad, it took several weeks to get here, and the sizing is nothing close to the size I ordered. I ordered polo shirts and can not even get them over my head. And the labels do NOT show the size of the shirt to confirm that it is what I ordered. Based on the other reviews, I am not going to add to the nightmare dealing with a miserable return experience. Guess it is going straight to a donation bin if they will take them. Lesson learned, and hopefully others learn from my mistake.

I ordered a cashmere shirt from them. The ad said it was made of a cashmere blend. The shirt arrived as 95% polyester and 5% spandex. They said they didn't have stock and sent me something similar. I requested a return and refund. The website return policy says that they will provide a return shipping label. They refused to provide the label and wanted me to return the item to China at my cost. Shady outfit to say the least.

I would avoid purchasing from this seller,
Had issues with purchase, returned product then things got worse.
After returning to seller address months later after contesting through PayPal the sell sends request to have items shipped to China (after item was already in their possession)
This company does just enough that paypal will not help you so spend your money some where else

Title: Absolutely Terrible Experience!
I ordered a blue jacket on January 1, and what did I get? A pair of sport shoes meant for a baby girl, delivered on March 14! What a complete mix-up!

I've sent over 10 emails trying to resolve this issue, but it feels like I'm talking to a wall. No response, no jacket, just frustration! As of today, April 28, I'm still jacket-less and wondering if this company even cares about their customers.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! This has been a nightmare of an experience. Zero stars if I could give it!

Should have done a reverse google search and also checked the reviews before trusting this company. The sizing is not accurate, all the larger sizes I ordered were TOO SMALL and that's following their chart measurements.The return process will give you a mental breakdown and they only offer 20% refund which comes from sending stuff back to China so don't fall for any local distributors if you want to send things back. The garments themselves looked cheap, not as good as the website pics.

An absolute scam. The quality is very low. The sizing is nothing like American sizes. The garment was 5 inches smaller in the chest and waist and 3 inches too short. When I asked to return the items for credit, I was told that I must send them to China rather than New York where they shipped to me from and I would receive a 20% refund. The shipping cost was $70.00 + customs. More than I paid for the whole order. Don’t deal with these very disingenuous people.

Scam product and company the shirt is fake

Absolute garbage and you wait forever with no tracking. This is obvious “trash made in China.” The color was all wrong, and the sizing was three sizes too small. Funny enough, the shipping address on the actual delivery is from “Kristin” in Oak Park, IL, but it started out in China a month ago. I hated the garment and the whole process so much, I just put it into a Goodwill bin. I want nothing to do with this “ company,” not even trying to return it. Pure trash.

I ordered some shirt style jackets from them. It took 6 weeks for them to be delivered and when I got them they were WAY too small.
Wya I reached out to them to find out how to return the shirts for a refund they told me to send pictures of the shirts next to regular size shirts to confirm that they were not right. THEN they said that in order to return the shirts I would have to send the shirts back at my own expense to CHINA for a refund!!! THEN they sent me an email saying that they can give me a 20% refund and I can keep the shirts!!
Buying from this company was a COMPLETE waste of time and money! I will NEVER use them again!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! This company is a scam! I bought a full zip hooded Sherpa fleece jacket. I am appalled at its horrible quality. This is the WORST made in China I have seen in decades of ordering online. The inside seams are unevenly sewn. The jacket is full of loose threads that I am afraid to cut because something may come undone. There is NO LABEL of the company behind the collar, no lining. Nothing! To think that I paid $78.94 for this piece of crap makes me angry. When I complained by email to them, I received a robotic, cookie-cutter answer full of nonsense. When I wrote to them a second time, I got the same stupid answer and no resolution. A very poor and amateurish way of doing business. They have serious quality control issues. I would have never bought it had I known it was made in China. Seriously, stay away from this vendor.

I ordered some items on February 1st 2025. I received an order update on Feb 25 that the item was being shipped. No further status emails and emails to the company went unanswered. When I checked on March 29, 2025, I see the message shown below and when I followed up with the post office they claim there was no package associated with the tracking number. So, coupled with no response from the company, I conclude this site is a SCAM.

Shirts are garbage and the sizing is way off. A 2XL fits like a medium. The sweater was paper thin, no tags either. Must be made by elves. They will not respond to numerous emails so I filed a claim with my CC company. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

Shopping in the site was easy and checkout was fast. Then the emails and texts. I’d get 5 emails a day and about the same for texts. Communication is horrible. Took a month to get my shirts. They seem durable and look good but the fabric just feels off. Too much polyester or something. No label on either shirt other than XL so no clue what it’s made from.

The shirt are garbage. They’re not a true Oxford shirt. They’re cheaply made. and they’re the same ones that come from Amazon because my sons father ordered them and they’re exactly the same. The zip up shorts are bad quality as far as communication goes. They suck as well. I sent an email to cancel the order and they took their time to get back to me. I have to go to my credit card to send them something and then all of the sun. I start getting notifications and they shipped the order. It took a long time, but when I got them, they are horrible. We ordered a 3XL Double Collar Men's Wool Coat. My man is 150 lbs and it was way too small. If you want a refund you have to send it back to China!!! Where is that on their website. I will never buy anything from here again!

False advertising, cheap apparel, EXTREMELY slow, non-responsive. Horrible in every respect.
