I ordered on a Monday, and it showed up by Wednesday. I’ve never had shipping be this quick, it caught me off guard, in a good way.

Bought "Cozy Lined Zip Up Hoodie" when the item pictured was "Pro Club Men's Heavyweight Pile Full Zip Hoodie". False advertising. Dissatisfied. Got a cheap knock off instead

Probably the worst made clothing product I have ever purchased. Unwearable. Feel bad even donating it to charity. Stay away.

Buyer beware. Canadian company that purchaces from China. they tell you 1 to 3 weeks to process order and up to a week to ship .Called VISA to cancel the order, which they did. They told me to return to sender when I receive the package which has yet to arrive as Feb. 26, 2025.

Simply put-don't believe a word of their ads. I bought a "leather" jacket. It arrived 6 weeks later and it looks like doll clothes. The cheapest polyester imaginable. Barely holds together. Button holes are punched in the plastic. It is also cut very small. Save your money. This company runs nice pictures and sell absolute junk. Money back? Forget it . Just burn a few twenties and save yourself a lot of trouble,

I ordered a coat from shirts in style, the item is not true to size or quality. tried to call, no response, tried to email, no response. I need an address of where to return the item to for refund. No help from this company. Very bad customer service. I'm contacting BBB . Never order from this company. I just lost my money.

Turn back now, do not order from this company. Shipping will take weeks, it’s a long way from China. Meanwhile they will spam you with emails. And when the goods finally arrive you will realize that these
are Chinese sized. They run very, very small. If you normally take a large order xxxl and it may fit. My advice is don’t order at all from this company.

Will NEVER use or purchase from this company again. Recommend to stay away from these guys. Never recieved item after a month of waiting even though I purchased "expedited" service and insurance. Rarely get replies back and when I do there is basically nothing going on to give me any answers. Completely bogus company.

I ordered one of their quarter zip pullovers, shown in their add as faded blue, cotton. What I received over a month later was a very poorly made light blue nylon pullover with a plastic zipper with loose threads. Have contacted company for refund, but no reply. You've been warned

I ordered a heated Jacket 3 weeks ago. I just received a notice that it has shipped FROM CHINA!!! It will take 14 to 21 days to arrive! I will never order from this joke of a company again!!

They do not give refunds and they just stop contact with you. The color of clothed are different to what you get. All of there clothing come from China and takes weeks to get your order.

wrong color, wrong size, and just totally different item than purchased - stay away from this website. Besides the items coming from china they just send you whatever they want.

A scam! A hoodie sewn in a beginner class. Material horrible polyester! Returns to be sent at my expense to Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China! What a joke! I was offered a gift card tho to purchase something else from their store!

I took a month to received the item they cut the tags ( can’t verify if it’s the right size) no response from customer service I’ll never buy again from shirts in style

Worst company ever… they send me a damaged jacket and I’ve been emailing for weeks and they won’t give a resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAMMERS !!!

I didn’t want to even give a one star but there are no negative stars so…..NEVER EVER order from this company!!! I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Not only was it too small it was not good quality either. I have tried to get info on how to send back for refund. Sent my first email on December 17th. Each time I received a reply they were asking for the same info including a picture. I have done everything they have asked. Today I received an email from “Felecia” who said that items must be returned within 30 days of the date I received it!!! What a joke!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Very poor quality products and absolutely the worst customer service!

Same as many others; no response to emails requesting order status or a tracking number.
