I placed two separate orders within two days. Even though I updated the address on my Shiseido account, both orders were sent to my old address. When I noticed this after placing the orders, I immediately tried to call customer service to cancel them, but since one attempt was at night and the other on the weekend, I couldn’t reach anyone.

After that, I submitted an inquiry through the “Contact Us” page, but it didn’t help at all—no action was taken. I was only told that I could contact Royal Mail and collect the items myself.
Before asking me to do that, it would have been better to question why my updated address information was not reflected and why the orders were still being sent to my old address.

Spent £52 on two eyelash curlers and been sent a £3.50 bottle of bubble bath!! Customer services treating me like I’m the one in the wrong here!! Unacceptable

I met Suffia Fatmi a day before my birthday at Peter Jones in Sloane Square (begging of October). I didn’t intend to buy anything, but as I like the brand, I thought I’d have a browse. We started talking, and when I mentioned that my birthday was the next day, she offered me a facial. She was absolutely brilliant, amazing. She showed me how to use the products, how to massage my face… and my skin looked so bright and beautiful afterward. Of course, I ended up buying the products, which I now love — the Ultime range, in the red packaging.
What really impressed me, was when I asked her name to leave a review for her excellent service. She paused for a few seconds and said, “Well, yes, you can do it if you want, but they really look after me very well.” It was clear that the company cares for her, that they know she is passionate about her job. That really struck me — I almost never hear an employee speak like that, and it tells me something very important: if you care that much about your employees, you care just as much about your products. Very well done.
If you ever need a “model” — nearly 50, but still young, please contact me. I would feel privileged to work with you. Thank you, Suffia; I will come to see you again soon. And thank you, Shiseido, for looking after your staff so wonderfully and making such great products.

Delivered swiftly and well packaged. An excellent product

Easy to order, swift and reliable delivery. I have used Shiseido’s skin care products for over twenty years. What was unavailable online, I found at Bentalls in Kingston-upon-Thames. Perfect!

I wouldn’t rate you even one star if I possibly could. I spent £118 on the presumption that I got a free 4 piece anti-ageing gift with £90 plus spend.
I received my order minus free gift. I reached out with an email to enquire why no gift. I was told I didn’t add gift to checkout and they couldn’t change their computer!!
Funny how they gladly took my £118 out of my account. Yet they don’t have a conscience nor facility to forward onto me.
ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS!! A waste of space!! Avoid at all costs, a nice free gift for one of their employees at my expense!!

Great product and great service

Ordering was so easy, the website is clear and gives good information on products. Delivery was quick and arrived on time.

The products are excellent as I have come to expect. Cleanser is easily my favourite.
