I had such a lovely experience at Shmile dentist. As soon as you enter you are greeted by the friendliest staff. Dr Sara was amazing from start to finish and with me always being nervous when visiting the dentist, she was very calming.

Great hygienist appointment, went here as google reviews were good for dentistry in Kent. Our silly previous dentist will only allow you assess to the Hygenist if you have decay occurring…stupid when all we are trying to do is prevent decay and having a dedicated clean twice a year🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyway I wasn’t disappointed, Abigail was excellent and her dental nurse has the kindest care for patients too. And the bonus for was no fluoride in the polish..which is always a nightmare when your allergic.

Erol sent me an ereceipt prompt as well, great all round and I’ll be back in 6 months and my husband is already booked in for next week.

Words will not be enough to express what a wonderful experience I get every time I visit or book with Shmile Dental Clinic. The level of service quality and customer satisfaction is above and beyond and it is delivered by the kindest bunch of people! - Everyone I've had the pleasure to meet or talk to so far - from telephone and online bookings althrough to reception desk and of course the dental professionals - they are all lovely and will look after you in the best way possible. They are also surprisingly quick and flexible when it comes to accomodating appointments. Smashing Shmile!

I booked a consultation and got.same day appointment. I had my crown refitted today and was very happy with the service.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on arrival to the dental practice. Very professional

Like many people, I’m a tad phobic when it comes to dentists but I got to the point where I put on my big girl pants and booked an appointment with the hygienist as a fist step towards returning to regular dental check-ups post Covid! It’s been 6 years since my last appointment and I wasn’t keen on the dentist I saw previously!

I stumbled across SHMILE whilst looking for somewhere I could get to either before or after work, and I’m so glad I did! The welcome from Merdol was lovely, and he really put me at ease before my appointment.

The hygienist was really good at explaining what she was going to be doing, how it would feel and sound, and assured me that if I felt even the slightest bit of discomfort she would stop. And she was true to her word.

After a thorough cleaning, and a mini jet-wash, she polished every side of each individual tooth!

I left SHMILE feeling all shiny and polished, and not ripped off at all - I paid around £80 (after teacher discount)

I will return for a dentist appointment soon - I just need to fit it around work - but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely little dental company to anyone who feels even the slightest bit nervous

I had a great experience with Shmile! The practice is fresh, clean and modern with interesting local art on the walls. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while, but they put me at ease in no time. Everyone was lovely, very reassuring and friendly. Definitely recommended!

From the minute you step into the clinic you are greeted by the warm and friendly Merdol, who is the beating heart of the clinic in my opinion! Super friendly and accommodating! I then saw Ismail who absolutely smashed the assignment. As a nervous patient who nearly backed out of my composite bonding journey, he put me at ease and perfected my smile exactly as I had envisioned. Excellent service at Shmile. The staff are friendly and welcoming and put you at ease immediately. The Dentist practice is new, bright and interesting compared to normal dental practices and the treatment by Ismail and his team was perfect. Overall, a top service and I'd highly recommend Shmile to everyone.

The team at shmile are great. I needed an emergency appointment and Merdol managed to fit me in. Communication was excellent throughout. I was met at reception with a warm welcome by the reception staff. Ismail, the dentist, was lovely and gentle and gave me honest advice about what I needed. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

I visited Shmile to improve a repair procedure that wasn't done correctly in my home town, caused by an accident I had when I was younger. My case has always been complicated because of the accident, so this was a very difficult task! We discussed options and ultimately ended up reconstructing the teeth that were impacted, maintaining a natural shape and colour I initially wished for.
I couldn't be happier with the results, it's the best my teeth have ever looked, no one can tell that I had the accident and I have a beautiful natural smile!

Excellent service. Super friendly staff. They are very thorough and attentive. Great advice and will be back again. They are the new modern way a health premises should be. Open and inviting. Merdol and Metin were brilliant.
