Great inserts and wonderful customer service! The custom shoe inserts arrived in just a few days!

Working with Shoely was just a really cool experience from start to finish. I met August at a pre-race expo and was hooked on the idea. I really enjoyed the customized video of my foot/squat scans and the recommendations after. They were super helpful and responsive via email. Most importantly, I ended up with some shoes I really like!

I have been using this insole everyday in my work boots. At first it was completely different. I did not expect it to be how it felt. I was surprised because I have more support on my right foot at the arch since my feet are different. Now after a month of being used it is feeling normal. It is more comfortable than the insole that came with my boots. I'm on my feet almost 12hrs and I do get tired, but with the support that is specialized for my feet, they do not ache as badly. If I don't buy shoes from their website I do plan on using the insoles.

I received timely responses to my questions and any concerns were addressed right away.

Shoely quickly responds and is always willing to help with any issues I have had. I bought the wrong shoes and they had a return label sent to me immediately. I was able to return the shoe I purchased and replaced it with another pair. Great company to buy from!

It was easy to order, easy to get my fit and a speedy turn around to receive the product. The insoles and wonderful!

The process worked and was efficient. I received my inserts within days and they seemed well made if a little less supportive than I was used to from my over-the-counter inserts. Unfortunately, it has not ameliorated my plantar-faciatis any more than my commercial inserts. I was hoping that since they were custom they would work better, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I was thoroughly impressed by the detailed video I received after my Shoely-fit scan. I ordered one of the shoes recommended to me and they came with my insoles inside. No need to worry about the size of shoe. That was taken care of too with the custom fit by Shoely. I have been wearing the shoes and insoles for 9 days of marathon training (starting tapering now after that final long-mileage week) and have to say it’s been a perfect match. I’m excited to order another pair of shoes now from my suggestion list for race day with a second set of insoles! I guess that means I’m sold on the membership too. Great deal! These inserts are a game changer! I’m a Surgical Tech, so I’m on my feet and running around all day. I interchange between Nike’s and Hoka’s for work, and I could feel a huge difference in arch support and overall comfort. I no longer experience foot fatigue after a long day!

I got sized at the Rock N Roll Las Vegas expo. This company seems awesome with a great promotion at marathon expos. I highly encourage anyone to take their offer and give them a chance and just walk by. Glad I stopped and talked with them and was sized.

August was great with reaching out to me when a shoe I initially wanted was no longer available in my size. He helped me thoroughly into recommending an alternate one. He’s is so professional, prompt with messages, and helpful.

I am able to use the inserts in several of my shoes including my favorite dress shoes that before were not very comfortable to walk longer distances in, but now are just fine. It’s great that you can cut to fit the toe area which is quick and easy with any pair of scissors.

Didn’t think you could get custom insoles that fit your feet from scanning your foot from your phone. Once you get your onetime passcode you log in and go straight into the process of scanning your foot. It was super easy and the custom insoles came in the mail a few days later. My wife wears brooks shoes everyday since her feet constantly hurt since she is on her feet all day. We replaced her flimsy insoles she had with the custom Shoely insoles and you can already see and feel the difference. You can’t go wrong with trying these insoles The customer service and follow-up to questions is superfast and very helpful. Everyone should try Shoely if don’t have custom insoles in your shoes. Your feet will thank you.
