As part of a running group, we partnered with Shoely on an event. The rep did the scan for us and a shoe expert provided a list of recommended shoes based on questions asked by the in-person rep. The experience was excellent. The shoes and insoles arrived roughly 2 weeks from the date of order. The custom insoles were great. However, as an avid runner, the insoles snapped/broke at around the 300-mile mark. The insole lasted roughly 5 months, with regular running use.
I was told I should replace them with every new pair of shoes I buy (300-500 miles). It narrowly met the minimum mileage mark. However, the insoles did not last as long as the shoes. I am going strong with a different set of insoles.

Originally it was a mold of your foot you sent back, now it is an app on iPhone to scan your foot! If you’re very flexible, maybe a 20 year old girl this may be easy for you to scan! Was very difficult and eventually I got it done, however I was very disappointed with the inserts and I sent them back!

I had a long weight for the delivery of my insoles. Up on opening the package, I noticed something that i found questionable. I was hoping the insoles would show a distinct variation between the left and Right. Because my right foot a year ago suffered a broken bone. And my orthopedic doctor has recommend a high quality insoles to help support my falling arch. However, with both the shoes being identical, I failed to see where it would help support my falling arch. Nevertheless, I have given the insoles adequate time to see if they would help support my arch. I am sorry to submit that there is no noticeable change in the fall in art. But I do compliment your company on fast professional service. The delivery issue was not the fault of your company, but lies upon the postal service.

I had plantar fasciitis. A podiatrist recommended a customer insert. I spent $300 on them. I wasn't going to buy another pair, given the price, plus they bother my feet. I saw an ad for shoely's customer designed insert for $79. I tried them, and they are far better than the $300 ones from the podiatrist. I now have five pair for my various shoes and my plantar fasciitis is gone. I had a little trouble getting the iPhone to scan my foot, but figured it out after a couple of tries. I'd highly recommend these inserts.

My shoely insoles have been amazing! After breaking them in my foot feels very supported and my body feels much better running. I used to have ankle pain from running and these insoles have definitely helped me continue running pain free. Highly recommend!

In terms of alleviating plantar fasciitis, I don't believe the Shoely inserts provided more relief than over-the-counter (and much cheaper) inserts that are available at any drugstore. 12/20/24 - Update to my 2 star review. August contacted me after posting my review. He informed me that Shoely’s product development team is working to improve cushioning/support for PF. August also returned my payment. I am now giving Shoely 5 stars for their customer support, integrity and willingness to stand behind their product.

I’ve been enjoying buying my running shoes through Shoely. This purchase I used Shoely to purchase dress work shoes (Cole Haan). I was delivered the perfect size and didn’t have to order several sizes like I usually do when I shop for dress shoes. I actually was sent a 10 wide and it’s so much more comfortable. I didn’t know I needed a wide, but that’s the great technology with the Shoely scan.

The customer service is great, you can always rely in that their aim is customer satisfaction, every time i have purchased a shoe with them it would have been an smooth process plus the recommendations based on my profile have been accurate so far (already purchased 2 shoes, each one 500+ miles)

For all of the expense and tech of these insoles, I don’t find them any more comfortable than a basic, off-the-shelf brand. The lack of a metatarsal support, or even the option of one, is another huge oversight. I’m disappointed.
