When I received my shoes one insert was very uncomfortable. Customer service was very quick to correct the problem. My shoes were great but recently they started making noise just walking. I have used brooks athletic shoes for many years and have never had this happen.

August and the team is super nice and professional. After getting my feet scanned at the SF marathon Expo, I got my personalized recommendations for my training shoes. I always have a hard time looking for a good pair of shoes that fit my very wide feet, but August answered all my questions and gave me good suggestions for my running shoes based on the 3D scanning and my needs. The shoes with the insole arrived fast and fits so well!

USE THIS COMPANY!! I am an avid runner and purchase a pair of shoes 1x per month. Shoely customized my inserts and helped me choose the perfect shoes for my feet. The customer service has been a 10+. I have flat feet, so a good shoe base matters a lot for me. Before Shoely, I already have a few shoes with custom insoles, but I didn’t enjoy waiting for weeks for the custom insoles to be fitted to every new shoes I buy (and paying a lot of money for each :”)). So I just gave up with the majority of my shoes, and just accept the pain XD.

I tried Shoely and was surprised with how convenient it is. Since they have my feet’s 3D measurement, it took less than a week for each pair of shoes to come to my doorstep, already with the custom insoles fitted in them. The website was also easy to use. And it’s cheaper than typical custom insoles :D.

I first tried ordering hiking boots; they were super comfortable! Then I “tested” by ordering shoes with flat base (something like Converse’s skater shoes, my fellow flat feet people would know how painful they can be for us). I used it three days straight walking in the malls, beach, and sidewalks; and wow that was the first time I don’t complain wearing flat bottom shoes! It’s been 2 months of constant wear for both shoes and the insoles are still strong :).

The team is also very kind. I emailed them asking for a personal recommendation for hiking shoes based on my 3D imaging and type of activities. Their recommendation was great. I’ve never tried that brand before and was surprised with how it fit to my feet so well and it fared so well in Bay Area hiking trails.

Love my consultation, insoles, and shoes! They fit my foot perfectly. I will be using Shoely from now on for work. I now know what to look for when I am out looking for shoes.

I love everything about this company. They've truly transformed the way I feel on my feet. I didn't necessarily have an issue however I always knew there was a way to find a better fit. Now, I can't imagine wearing a non-shoely shoe, and the fact that it's the same price is just crazy. THANK YOU!

Right from the time they took my 3D leg measurements, I got follow up emails and texts. I got the shoes with my insert and August followed up to see how I was doing with my insert. I had the 3D scan done at the San Francisco marathon expo. It took a few minutes. Video analysis and recommendations came two weeks later. I just received my order. The shoes with the custom cushion fit perfectly. The technology and the service are designed so well that I expect I will buy running shoes this way exclusively going forward.

Finally I got a pair of shoes fitting the width of my feet.
Shoely could, however, speed up the delivery.
