I really love the product quality and work that gets put into these products, I got some pins and a figurine (so far) and they are great for desk decor! The shipping was good, the shop wasn't hard to navigate, and overall, it was a very nice experience.

Herausragender Support bei Lieferproblemen
Ich habe bei Kurzgesagt einige Artikel bestellt, teils auch vom kürzlichen Special Drop. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Versanddienstleister DPD, der schlicht Arbeitsverweigerung betrieben und das Paket trotz meiner Anwesenheit einfach als 'unzustellbar' zurückgeschickt hat.
Der Support von Kurzgesagt hat extrem schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Obwohl der Fehler beim Paketdienst lag, wurde mein Anliegen ernst genommen und das Paket nach der Retoure umgehend erneut versendet, diesmal auf meinen Wunsch hin per DHL, um sicherzugehen, dass es ankommt. Ich musste keinen Aufpreis für den erneuten Versand per DHL zahlen und wurde über alle Updates auch auf dem Laufenden gehalten.
Fehler bei Versandpartnern können passieren, aber wie Kurzgesagt damit umgeht und dass auch auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen wurde, zeigt, dass ihnen ihre Kunden wirklich wichtig sind.
Zu der Qualität der Artikel brauche ich gar nichts groß sagen, hochwertig und top, wie immer.
Danke nochmal an das Team von Kurzgesagt, und besonders Sreedevi für die schnelle und tolle Unterstützung und das Entgegenkommen. So geht Kundensupport!

I‘m a big fan of kurzgesagt products! Every year, I order their calendar - first, I love the colourful and creative design (it looks amazing in my kitchen!), and second I know that with every purchase I support a unique company. Their prices are not cheap, but I enjoy the high quality every of their products and videos show, so I am willing to pay more than I usually would.

I have ordered multiple items, so that they were shipped in two packages. Since I overread this information I also wrote to the customer support which answered really quickly!
When the package arrived it was super well packaged so nothing could happen. and the quality of the items is amazing!

I like the books and the pins
I like the books and the pins. The books are printed on thick paper and full of information, and the images are beautiful. The problem is with how it is packaged and posted. The box was too big for the items, and they moved around a lot. I would have liked the poster to be on thicker paper.

The recent holiday period brought unexpected challenges across multiple fronts. Our warehouse was operating at reduced capacity, some internal teams were on holiday, and our delivery partners faced difficulties processing shipments. I share this not to excuse the delay, but to provide full transparency about why things were slower than usual.
I’m not able to see your order number here, but in case your order included the 12,026 Human Era Artbook, we had placed a disclaimer that orders containing the Artbook placed after October 21st would arrive in late January. Due to the circumstances mentioned above, some of those shipments were unfortunately pushed into February.
I’m very sorry again for the inconvenience this caused, and I truly appreciate you giving us a chance!
Damaged & Late
My package finally arrived. The side of the box was open and it looked like the box was chucked down stairs. A small item that I ordered could easily have fallen out.
There was NO packing material in the box to protect the items I ordered! I am lucky that the book only had a little ding in one corner.
And the delivery was delayed because they didn't include my full address.
All of that said, the items are beautiful.

the Kurzgesagt Traveller's Pass Keychain
Some time after my purchase of the Kurzgesagt Traveller's Pass Keychain, I happened to be abducted by a passing alien ship. Terror gripped me as I saw a strange lumbering creature inspect each of the passengers, most allowing themselves to be scanned, or presenting it with some kind of a device. Upon my turn, I took the chance, and assuming it was interested in my travel documents, produced the keychain. The creature seemed puzzled – surely uncertain of which galactic authority issued a ticket with such a wide applicability. However, perhaps not wanting to bother me further, it allowed me to stay. I believe we must have taken a round trip across the galaxy, for I eventually once again saw Earth, and proceeded to disembark. 10/10, would get abducted again. Your mileage may vary.
