Don't order from these guys.

I ordered a ring about 3 weeks ago, never got a confirmation email or number.

When I contacted them, they replied
"We tried to sent it, but it wouldn't went."

That's a direct quote.

Then they tried to get me to order something different and the link they provided took me to a page with nothing but cheap, gaudy costume jewelry.

Today was my third attempt to get a refund and got the run around again.

Poor return process

I had an issue with a ring i bought ,the silver seemed to have rubbed off leaving a pink hew to the metal .I tried to raise this issue but they wouldn't accept that it was the case ,so I wasn't allowed to return it .I said I would return anyway in accordance to their policy and I haven't heard from them since

I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

Absolutely fabulous jewellery

Absolutely fabulous jewellery, this is my 3rd piece from Perry’s and I love each one!
The ring that arrived today is Princess of the Forest , peridot , tiny aquamarine and other delicate stones. I’m glad it came today, it’s my birthstone and my birthday is tomorrow! The crystals themselves radiate pure clean energy, relaxing me and providing real clarification to what I’m doing.

I ordered the stacked puka shell earrings from you but you sent another set of the single ones. I had ordered both kins for one was a gift
I let you know this and all you did was send me an email saying I could get 30 %off a new order. This has been very frustrating and I am not happy. The order #for the stacked ones is 213560

Scam

Scam! Paid for a topaz crystal ring and got a cheap knock off!!! The stone is painted underneath to make it look shiny! Don't buy!!

Their behavior is crooked

I purchased a size 9 ring from this company in November 2024. Order #212632
I received a size 10. They are now telling me that I'm responsible for paying return shipping cost when it's their fault for sending me the wrong item. Additionally, the quality is poor; the color is already changing, and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor ever shop with them again! I will be contacting my card company and reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.
As seller stated in the reply requesting photo as proof, it's NOT true. No request was made for proof of size because I would be happy to provide the proof!

Your order was delivered on December 4, and on December 15, you mentioned that you loved your ring. However, you later noted that the ring you received is too big. We had requested a photo as proof so we could verify the issue, but we understand you chose not to provide one and instead requested a full refund.

In order to process a full refund, our policy requires that the item be returned. We understand you requested a return label; however, our policy does not include the provision of return labels.

The reason we requested a photo is so that we can confirm if the error was on our end. If that is the case, we would be happy to offer you a resolution, such as sending you a ring in the correct size or providing a full refund. However, we were unable to move forward with a resolution because we did not receive the requested proof.

Additionally, after we provided the return instructions, we have not heard back from you.

Regarding the discoloration, we understand that there can be various factors that contribute to this issue. If you could kindly email us with a photo of the ring, we would be happy to assist you further and resolve the matter.

Our customer service team has been responding to your inquiries promptly, but unfortunately, we were unable to resolve your concerns due to the lack of cooperation.

The customer provided the photos ONLY today so we can address the matter accordingly.
Again, this matter has been prolonged due to a lack of cooperation.
The customer claimed that we never asked for the photo of the ring but we have provided the screenshot for her to recall the message we sent.

January 13, 2025 - UPDATE:
The customer acknowledged that she misunderstood our agent's email and chose to get a full refund. The customer was notified that the order had already been refunded.

Replying to Perry's

I ordered a silver necklace for my friend's Christmas gift and asked at the time of ordering if it could be sent by a fast method, as I was seeing my friend on 10th December before she went away for Christmas. My order was accepted and I received a confirmation stating that they would do their best to deliver in time. However, I later received an email stating that the necklace I had ordered could not be shipped to my address (no reason was given, but I suspect they found out the it would not be delivered in the time frame I had requested) I was then asked to choose an alternative item. I chose a similar pendant at the same price as the original and replied to them. None of their items have numbers on them, making it difficult to specify exactly which item is required, so I received another email showing the pendant I had described and stating that, if I could confirm this was what I wanted to order, they would get it sent out to me quickly. I replied that this was the item I required and asked for confirmation that it would arrive by the date specified. I heard nothing! I sent them another email asking if my chosen item had been ordered. No reply! When I realised that it was very likely too late for me to receive the item I wanted to order, I emailed them yet again to request a full refund for the item I had already paid for in full, which could not be delivered to me. Again, I received no reply! I am not at all happy with this company. My friend has now gone away for Christmas without the special gift I had intended to give her!
UPDATE (27th December 2024) - I DID NOT receive any emails from Perry's, despite checking my spam, and I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASE!! They had the cheek to offer me a $10 discount on future purchases but, in view of my recent experience with them, I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I very much doubt that my purchase of £33 was shipped, as they claim! I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

While we understand it didn’t arrive by the December 10 date you hoped for, it was delivered within the normal timeframe of the free shipping you selected. No good quality I am out of words. I don't know h to express my disappointment and my feelings regarding this site. It seems like they buy their stuff from some cheap Chinese site to resell. Trashes

Everything. I bought some jewerlies, they are supposed to be 14kt gold or 925 silver, most of them the color just changed or become black black.
They ripped me off. And the return window is so short.

The time it took to longmonth

The time it took to long. Now that I received the necklace and earrings I'm so disappointed. Very cheap looking. The stone not real, I thought I was ordering a real birthstone.

They stop replying once they recieve your money

Over a 6 week period I have emailed this seller 5 times and left a voicemail once after my purchase, I have been asking for a PDF formatted receipt. They responded one time to the first email saying they "would pass on my query to their manager."
All my other attempts to make contacts have been been ignored.

I looked up the address on google maps, and there is no AtPerry's shop.
This "company" seems shady as hell, and I recommend shopping elsewhere.
Agreed, these are cons.

Abysmal

Delivery information was all over the place, package was placed in wrong letterbox. Fake crystal on top of everything. Avoid at all cost.

Edit 29/06/24: I tried emailing the customer service team and received no response or refund. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers that will do nothing to rectify the problem.

Excessively egregious false advertising insinuations that contradict the quality customer satisfaction emphasized on their website! I am livid I ordered my jewelry 30 days ago & yet I'm being forced to negotiate via PayPal for a refund for 10days at least due to excessive negligence from the merchant about an untraceable USPS.com package that NEVER arrived!

This company scams people

This company scams people. I was charged twice because they said I ordered 2 of the same item. When I tried to cancel the order...it miraculously shipped. I received the item, but I sent it back Return to Sender in February. Still haven't received a refund after numerous emails. Stay away from this shady scam company.

You did order the same item twice and we were not able to cancel the other item because when you reached out to us, the package was already in transit.

You said that you returned the package to us however we did not receive any tracking information from you and our policy states that we can only issue refund if the customer can provide the tracking information and once we receive the item we will issue the full refund right away.

On your case, you've mentioned that the package was dropped off at US Post Office in Woodbury, NJ on 2/12/24 for return. In this process, the post office usually provide return tracking number since you cannot mark it as returned to sender because you already receive the package that is why it was marked as successfully delivered.

If you can provide any valid information for the return package, we will gladly assist you.
For the time being, please try to locate your package and let us know how do you want to proceed.

Such class!

The very quick service and delivery. Also, when one crystal was missing, they were willing to replace the ring and give me another one for the inconvenience. I love the white opal with the fake diamonds. It looks so much more expensive than it is and I have received compliments on how great it looks. One person thought maybe it was an engagement ring. I think it looks like a classy dinner ring, though I wear it whenever I like!
