Absolutely awful and upsetting experience to date.

Ordered an item that was in stock (and still in stock) nearly 2 weeks ago.

So far the following has happened;
1. Item still hasn’t arrived and was meant to be delivered today as a birthday present for my son.
2. Communication with the team is very poor - they genuinely don’t listen to customer feedback and just do their own thing.
3. Refunded the postage to say sorry for late delivery (not an acceptable remedy nearly 2 weeks later).
4. When trying to gain more information on the delivery and a remedy, they randomly cancelled the order without any notice or discussion. So the item isn’t coming at all now.
5. Provided a 50% off voucher to say sorry, but it doesn’t work on the item I wanted to reorder.
6. Then sent a link for a reorder of the item, but was the wrong one!
7. Continue to ignore emails and provide a remedy and solution, when it the customer service team who have messed up and over complicated the process so far.

What a fantastic experience. People are wonderful and the level of customer service is exemplary. Would happily shop again.

Really bad experience. My wife bought a t-shirt for me but it wasn't the same design she ordered. The standard returns procedure expects us to pay to post it back for their error. My wife was initially able to contact them but now a week later they seem to have stopped replying.

EDIT: This was indeed resolved really quickly after I posted this, so thanks for this. Just a shame it isn't easier to resolve issues like this through the published channels.

Ordered 2 Christmas gifts and only received one. After writing to customer service they promised to send it again to receive before Christmas and that was last message I have received. Tried to write again so many times without any response.
Stay away from this shop. Ruined Christmas for my son as he was looking forward to receive this shirt. What a disappointment.

Ordered a number of Christmas gifts on the 27th November 2023 on a 48 hour tracking delivery. A few days later told there was a delay but my order will be shipped asap. Finally received an email on 7th December telling me that my order has been shipped and included a tracking reference linked to Royal Mail. It’s now the 18th December and the Royal Mail status that they are expecting my package and that once booked in I can track the whereabouts has not changed. According to the Royal Mail they are still expecting it. Contacted customer services to be told how sorry they were and if things haven’t changed by the 18th December to contact them again. I did and heard nothing. No re order or refund offered. Over £120 is not something I can just lose and needed the problem resolved so I can plan replacement presents if necessary. If only the customers services was as good as Aston Villa’s home form eh! If anyone from Aston Villa shop reads this and can help please respond.

I am a bit dissapointed with my delivery as the sign on the sweatshirt from the official store differs from what I got.

The logo on the sweatshirt I got has different colour and instead of 1874 there is F. C.

The logo looks different. Lion suposed to be on a dark Blue but instead is very bright Blue plus lion suposed to look on the right side but looks different and look on the right side. That is not how official Villa logo with lion looks like. I am dissapointed as that is not how official logo looks like and the fact that it comes from a official store is quite disapointing

I wish I could show you the Photo from the official store website and the one that I got to compare . Even not an expert would notice the difference this is the last time I order anything from official Store due to the fact that something else was send and for quite a lot of money.
Absolute embarassement for a official store to sell false logos on sweatshirts

Review no2. Was given a 30% off code that lasts 6 months for a problem I had with a late delivery! Used it to buy a defender hoodie and matching shirt. Yet where there is claret inside the hood and on the strings their is actually navy blue!!! So I emailed the person who sorted my problem before and called up the place on my way to work and came to an agreement that it was an error and they will send the right one out straight away! Also for me to send the faulty one back in the coming days. Next day I get an email saying the hoodie is now out of stock! And that I have to send my faulty one back and wait 14 days for a refund! Its now business day 7 of my 1st delivery refund and extra 30% off back and there not in the bank yet! Useless!

The product is brilliant - a white away shirt with Zaniolo printing. The Villa Shop went above and beyond and got it posted to me in super fast time as I said I was flying to Turkey. Exceptional service!

Absolute shambles!! Ordered a zip up training top in August right when they first came out, and then over the last few months would get updates about the order being delayed and that it would eventually reach me, only for you to finally cancel the whole thing and refund me last week. I don't understand how you can be so crap with orders, a week after items are released, do you use manufacturers who make two of everything and that's it. Lifelong Villa fan and I cringe about how abysmal the customer service and club shop are for fulfilling orders, because I wish I could say this was a one time thing, but my family and I have experienced some issue or other for a decade. I even worked for your little club shop that used to be under the Holte End, and that season we didn't even have the home kits ready in time for fans to buy when the season started (O'neill departure 5 days before season for reference). It's just embarassing, we are a huge club and it's time to have that mentality off the pitch as well as on it

I ordered some car stickers on 13 September

Item came promptly, well wrapped & when it should have.

Terrible service order an item over a week and still no update. Won’t be buying off there again.

Everything was made easy using the app, smooth transaction, happily do it again

Got all my 3 shirts after 14 days, and I had no problem

Every times I go online it is very good but lots of things keep say sold out so it getting wasted my times look half times.

Always a great experience. I especially love my leather wallet. The quality is superior and that leather smell never goes away. Everything purchased was fantastic and it's like Xmas when I expect a delivery.

Shirt and shorts are great, quality amazing and quick delivery !
