I ordered a ladies villa t-shirt which said was XL when it arrived it had a slight fishy smell & was disgusting also the sizing was laughable it was like a size 8! I returned it ASAP using tracked delivery which I had no choice but to pay for,the return portal also didn't work,I contacted customer service countless times who gave robotic and useless advice,so I decided to pay for the parcel next day delivery to be returned,since checking the tracking I saw that it had arrived but now to my dismay have been told it can take upto 3 weeks to receive a refund!? Why is it so long compared to most stores? What a ridiculous time scale,I shall not be buying from here again & be warned the customer service offers no advice it's awful & don't expect your money back anytime soon,very disappointing to say the least :-(

The worst experience I’ve ever had , do not order from this store . Customer service is a joke ,6 weeks later and iam still waiting on my item , now been told that it’s being returned to them the BEST BIT I have to wait up to 28 days before getting my refund Can’t tell you how disgusted I am with this appalling service . I will never order or recommend this shop to anyone !!

I brought a few items and they turned up damaged after numerous about of emails and being asked for the same details which I provided each time I got fed up and phoned customer service and spoke to somebody called Shane who was lovely and within a few minutes had my order re sent out great customer service

2 months, various calls being told I would receive an email or have order resent and nothing has happened, nobody ever gets back to you. Absolutely shocking way to treat your own fans and its getting harder and harder not to concede to sons request for man city grealish shirt when only thing he liked in villa store is showing no sign of turning up!!!!

Shocking company! Orders not being processed so go beyond delivery dates THEY give. They took the payment straight away though. A bot who can't answer questions at all! And no contact details to chase what is happening. Sort it out Fanatics! This is shoddy!! Goods now or money back now! If goods arnt here by end of the week then I'm opening a case with the bank to draw the money back 🤷‍♀️

Bought an XL and it wouldn’t fit a rat. Either that or i have put more weight on than i thought!! Sort it Villa!!

*Update 08/09/2021- I have reported this to trading standards as there are clearly big issues with this trading company or am more worried they are operating illegally Ordered next to £200 worth of items 23rd August, a full kit for my eldest son and a shirt for youngest. Socks were dispatched and delivery courier returned them due to damage, I get a message from Villa store saying they have no more in stock and will refund me within 7 days…have not received payment as of yet!!
There has been no update regarding any of the other items and on website it just shows they should be delivered by 1st September!!
I’ve tried to load the live chat and the website just boots you to info pages!!
Has anyone else resolved these problems, I’m worried I’ve lost all this money 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered away shirt with buendia with number 20 on back...his number changed to number 10....I have an email to say there was a delay with print...so I persumed this was number change.. no it arrives with number 20...bearing in mind the hold up and drama for this print was 2 and a half weeks!! As I didn't request a change they print original order...surley this was an obvious rectify?? Anyway still they would not exchange so ended up buying another top 70 pound....we had same last year with mings number change...sick of it!!

Appalling !!!!!! My items came to £60 and I was charged a 99p handling fee, what’s that all about ??? The items can’t take themselves to the post office so they charge 99p to post them? We already know the postage goes on the price but enough is enough, the merchandise is expensive enough without adding little bits on for nothing. I’m done !!!!!! It doesn’t look like they have got any better since last year after reading all the comments most of which were 99% negative.

Terrible and as a fan embarrassing, I ordered a shirt for my sons birthday but it was too small so I took it in store but a wasted journey as they can’t do nothing despite thousands of shirts in the shop so I had to pay again to send it back and still 2 weeks later haven’t received a refund, I’ve ordered another shirt once again at a delivery cost and now I’ve received an email saying it’s delayed two extra weeks .. no contact email or number to resolve the issue or to offer some sort of compensation especially for the fact my son is still yet to receive his shirt for his birthday despite the order being placed 3 weeks before the date, and his birthday has come and gone.

Don’t buy from the online store.
The sizing of some of the kappa products is awful. An if you need to exchange sizes there are charges.
You can’t go into the club shop because they direct you back to the online store. Poor service all round

Ordered 3 shirts on the 5th August. Site says delivering by 11th Aug. Now the 16th and no update, can’t get hold of anyone to check status by phone, live chat or email. Really poor service I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this service.

I ordered a jacket 5/6 yrs and got 9/10 yrs ,not only not the size but not the jacket i ordered
Paid for return post as told to by on line store but didn't get post cost back ( was told i will ) but didn't get total cost for ordered item returned
they made me pay for there mistake ( post )

Really poor. £7 shipping and handling cost to deliver a training top. Far too small and had to return costing another £6 plus. Rip off.

Terrible customer service signed up and was supposed to receive 10% discount on first order which I never had, when asked they just apologised but didn't give me discount. They also don't send there offers out via email so you don't know what is on offer unless you look on there site and usually miss out on sizes.

Called shop number today. Pressed 1 for orders. Lady said yes in stock, I said in shop? (We’re in Birmingham). She said she didn’t know. I asked to be put through, they have no number..
The item was 35.00 online, my husband was over that way so popped in. They would not honour the online clearance price. I am really cross. We had to pay full price. It would have been cheaper to order them online with express delivery! Also why have a message that says press 1 for orders and she would not take an order! Laughable

I'm disappointed that after being charged £4.99 delivery they are then charging £1.99 handling fee and i will have to pay over the odds for any returns if i need too. Turns out to be an expensive experience.

Ordered a top for Father’s Day, paid for express delivery. Arrived 5 days late than the expected date. No help from the customer services dept who states they are closed even during normal working hours! Top arrived covered in blue stains (on the yellow training top) emailed pics to the shop to request refund/new order. NO REPLY to 4 emails chasing!! Terrible service and still chasing almost 3 weeks later!

Been a fan for over 50years and I purchased items online from the Villa store. One of the items didn’t fit and as I was visiting home for the weekend went to the Villa store and took my daughter who is a Villa fan and it was her first visit as we live 200 miles from Villa Park. I was dismayed to discover that the items I purchased were sent from another location and not the Villa store at Villa Park. I couldn’t exchange my item for the next size and now have to pay additional costs to return by post on top of the original postal cost and a handling fee. Leaves a real sour taste and I feel totally misled and deceived as I thought I was buying from Villa store at Villa Park. I won’t be purchasing anything else. My daughter was disgusted and it spoilt her first visit. How NOT to win over young and impressionable fans. Well done.

Awful. Charged me a total of £7.94 in shipping and ‘handling’. 2 items did not fit therefore needed to return , a further charge of £4.95 to do this. Absolutely appalled that 30% of my order value were shipping/return fees. Although I support the club I won’t be getting ripped off like that again, will not use the AVFC.co.uk shop again.
