Your multivitamin are good quality and delivery service is very good. Recommended them and when my multivitamin will be finish we will buy again in sha Allah.

There was a problem with my parcel…
There was a problem with my parcel delivery due to the address being blocked/not flexible so I had to type in the street, Flat number, in order. This caused a confusion and the courier lost my parcel. I'd suggest the company to improve the UX. Make the address free Text with no characters limit, one row only, instead of predefined multiple boxes

Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service: no refund policy. And vitamins taste terrible.
I ordered £30 worth of vitamins and my kids didn't like them. I sent them back. But they didn't give my money back.

Great customer service and product seems to be of good quality
The experience as a first time buyer as been great. There was problem with the order sent but it was sorted out the very same day and with professionalism.
I have started to take the vitamins, seems to be of good quality but it would take some time before I can actually see any effects.
