I subscribed to Uncut and also ordered back issues. There was a problem with the mailing (UK to US) due to our own postal service (USPS). I wrote to Uncut customer service and Andrea and I exchanged a couple mails. Andrea followed up and the problem was resolved. She is personable and professional and a credit to the Uncut family. Disgraceful, useless, waste of time, no idea, are just some of the more polite terms I will call this shower of AI brainwashed zombies.
I have had regular standing orders not being sent, impossible to contact via email or phone or reply to customer enquiries.
They have destroyed a much respected well established company Morton's Media who were a pleasure to deal with for over twenty years with their Classic Motorcycle, Auto, Railway and more publications.
Where do we go now ? An apology would be a start.

I ordered a magazine at the request of a Greek friend. I placed the order on the 11th May, it was posted on the same day and it arrived this morning. The magazine is in pristine condition.

Did everything that it said on the tin!! My friend is now desperate to get his hands on it!
