Fast delivery, great product

I recently chose to book a test ride on a Yamaha MT09 SP and contacted Pierre at Lind Yamaha in Newmarket.

He booked me a test ride the following weekend and I had the bike for 2 hours so I was able to get familiar with it.

The ride was fantastic and I fell in love with the bike and the way it handled.

On top of that, Pierre was very helpful, chatted with me about the various options and models available both new and second hand.

In the end I decided to purchase a new bike and the whole process was flawless.

I highly recommend both Lind at Newmarket and Pierre.

I have a Harley Davidson 2003 100th Anniversary bike and one of the nuts and bolts on the wind shield was suddenly missing. I telephoned Newmarket Harley Davidson and spoke to Phil Coles in the Spares Department to get a new one. He went to so much trouble to determine which nut and bolt was required and to source it from another branch of theirs, just for a £3.95 part. The part arrived in a timely fashion. Great service, thanks Phil. Would highly recommend.

I have just completed the purchase of a Harley Davidson CVO Street Glide. All the team at Newmarket are so friendly and helpful but the Sales Specialist I dealt with, Gabriel Leahy went out of his way to make the whole experience stress free and enjoyable He was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the process. Buying a new bike is always great but with Gabriel's advice and help it was fantastic.

Bike was in for a service and investigation of tyre issue from another dealer, service was done greatly and the tyre was swapped without notification but after speaking to them we came to a resolution which was more then generous, highly recommended and great service.

I ordered the wrong product by mistake, no problem no hassle, one phone call, change of order refund and correct product delivered within a couple of days. Service👍
