Grazie!

Antwoord van F.lli Mari Maioliche srl
Dear Mr. Oliva,
We apologize for the inconvenience, which is not our fault in any way.
We shared all the information about your order with you and sent you the tracking number on May 19th, the same day the shipment left our company. When we checked your shipment status online, we saw that the package was delivered on May 20th. We did not hear from you until May 28th, when you wrote to us that you had not received anything from us. We immediately responded with the UPS information and did not receive a response, until June 2nd, when we received this one-star review, again stating that you had not received anything from us.
Yesterday, we emailed you the proof of delivery from UPS and asked for a read confirmation, but to date we have not received a response.
We did everything we could to assist you as soon as you wrote to us. We are still here to try to help you, but it would be much easier if you would respond to our emails instead of writing reviews.
According to UPS, the package was delivered properly and we have sent you the proof of delivery.
Please, let us know.
Best regards,
Giacomo

Beautiful, custom made pottery!
Beautiful pottery, made by artist once your order is received. Excellent customer service! I received emails each step of the way (cooking, painting, etc.). Well padded and shipped with care. Colors were a tad darker than pictured online, which I was aware may occur.

Highly reccomnded!
We ordered a Ricco Deruta lava stone table, simply wonderful, featuring the famous Raffaellesco design. We had the chance to see all the stages of production, including the decoration workshops and the firing kiln. Everyone was courteous and kind. We requested delivery by F.lli Mari, which was punctual and very professional. In addition to the table, we also purchased a beautiful Arabesco dinnerware set. Highly recommended!

Cordiali saluti,
Giacomo

I wanted to replace a Deruti pottery…
I wanted to replace a Deruti pottery clock which I had lost in a fire. I contacted F.lli Mari online, becasue dealers in the USA couldn't helpe.
The response from F.lli Mari was excellent. They showed the exact clock I wanted in their on-line catalog, with excellent photos.
Ordering was quick and easy, and I can say that the price, including shipping from Italy to the USA, was very reasonable.
The company kept me updated, by email, about the status of my order all the way through shipping, and the clock arrived surprisingly fast.
The clock is simply beautiful, everything I had hoped for. The service and quality of merchandise offered by F.lli Mari is exceptional, and I hope to do business with them again soon.
It is a pleasure to work with a company that is so pleasant to work with!
