website is so difficult to use !! had to make 2 phone calls for details and confirmation of order placed . Not a nice experience !!!

I still didn't get my order and I cant reach tnt .please help me what is the problem??

For parts, the site is hard to navigate. There are no links on the main site. You just have to get lucky and hope that a search engine links to it.

Closed on Saturdays!
That being said, Its the only supplier In the UK so you can stop looking.
Edit in response to MotoGB's reply. There is no link on the main page to get to the bike parts. Unless its a secret. I really don't know to get there via any other route than Google.

When I went in to look at my next motorbike the service was great and helpful. I purchased based on the help that I had and picked up my new bike 4 days later.

Great handover, bike spotless and ready to roll - first service booked in and introduced to the service team.

All in all a fantastic experience

Really good service. Products arrived in short time. Products are well made and I am happy with quality. Fit wise the rear carrier is great I do have some issues with the rear carrier as the rubber feet are somewhat close together so sit on the panel joints and so rattle.

Easy website to place order. Swift delivery, very well packaged. Good communication from start to finish.

I dealt with Lee and he made the entire purchase effortless. I contacted him out of hours (8pm) and although he didn’t need to, he communicated with me up until 10pm and told me everything I needed to know. I was purchasing a moped for my son’s birthday and had left it a little late to arrange. He ensured that they had it ready, prepped, registered and taxed within 24hrs.

Couldn’t recommend them/Lee enough. Didn’t hide behind emails and was in constant telephone contact, to ensure it was ready for my courier to collect!

Excellent service from delivery to product fit and quality. Still extremely comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone with shorter legs! Completed 560 miles with the lower seat on first ride over a weekend with absolutely no issues.

Lack of communication kept me waiting for over 2 1/2 weeks for my motorcycle said they would look after me which they didn’t promise to tax my bike for a year to make amends but only did 6 months will not be recommended this dealer ship to anyone
