Ordered a machine online with stock available for it later to be cancelled as none available and now have to wait 14 days for my money to be returned , subsequently requested information regards other machines available but no reply

Ordered a few spares and accessories in the sale.
They were delivered to the UK from China in 11days from the date of the order. They were well packed, of perfect quality and 100% accurate to the order.

I purchased upgrade kit for cetus 3D, heated bed/auto levelling probe/pcb .. arrived and found firstly faulty connection lead (wire broken off plug), then after installation discovered faulty probe (which they replaced) and heat bed not getting hot enough (which they replaced). But the printer will no longer work, so supplier send replacement motherboard, that was faultyPCB (didnt power up, No LED's working) so regretting my decision to 'upgrade' and im left with a printer no longer working .. the supplier refunded the price of upgrade kit only and i have to now purchase a working printer , not CETUS

Had some issues at first but tiertime immediatly sent replacement parts and the printer now works like a charm

This is my second request for a review and the product has not arrived so I can't give anything but a negative response

the support was very fast and very good. Although I was really convinced of the print quality, I sold the printer because the shipping costs and the import duty are not in proportion to the spare parts costs (90 € spare parts costs + 60 € shipping + 20 € duty).

The new motherboard is great and works to resolve the heat issue

I brought 1 and it was great! Few months later I buy 3 more which were faulty. Waited over a month for spare parts from China and they didn't resolve the issue. We had a mutual agreement to return and it was great to the point I said I would be back. We stayed in contact and fast orward to the present. I mailed to make sure thr previous issues were fixed and they said yes I stated i needed more and made a new order i then get an email to say I'm blocked from their company and they refunded my order and refused to ship. They are refusing to ship any spare parts for the current one no upgrades nothing.

Shame on your Tiertime you have let yourself down.

Had an issue with a damaged item but the customer service was on point, I’ve a got an replacement a few days after. The shipping fees are a bit too much but being the only place where you can get cetus parts i cannot really complain.

Tiertime products and their service is always terrific. My Cetus3D printers are my go to printers when I need something printed without problem.

This is a company I have never experienced before every time I order not only have I received near perfect transactions, the customer service is absolutely first class. Products are really good Well made and dependable.

You guys need to figure out how to ship from the US to Canada.
The shipping / Customers fees were more expensive than the part.
Other than that, good job guys.

Support is perfect and even very quick like a good oiled machine.
