They sent me the cable I needed, and the cable is functional, so on those grounds, they did their job. But the cable (FFC type) came in an envelope within an envelope, folded diagonally every inch along its length, just so that it would resemble a circle and not require a box. I'm surprised it doesn't have any broken traces within it, and I'm not expecting it to live a full life anymore.

They should have packed it in a box, with some kind of small spool for structure, or at least gentle bends back and forth. I'm not impressed with the packaging for the 25CAD I paid for a single cable of 10 traces.

Good product, fast delivery, but a little bit pricey

Product has not received. There is no tracking number.

I purchased the new touchscreen and so far everything is working great the install was easy.

Had a couple of odd issues with our UPBOX+ (still under manufacturer's warranty). Contacted customer support at Tiertime, described the symptoms and followed their recommended troubleshooting suggestions. Support was very prompt and issues appear to be resolved, at least for now.

The motor and gear work fine and fit perfect. The part price was fairly reasonable if not a bit high. I did not like that the S&H added mare then 1/2 of the price of the part to the cost. There should be other options for this that would be less expensive.

Cetus 3D printer had an old extruder that was known to wear out. Tiertime replaced the extruder free of charge. Very happy with tiertime and their dedication to their customers.
