FRAUD. Same thing happened to me. Bought product and was charged $39.99 a month unknowing to me when I didn't get any product. They said you automatically get enrolled in a VIP club which cost that. Didn't realize it for months and lost $120 (3 months). Product is great though.

Bought product back in December for 39.99, didn’t even realize I was signed up into a membership program. I was getting charged 29.99 a month. Called to see what exactly I’m getting charged for since I’m not receiving any new products in mail. Apparently the membership is for “VIP perks”. When I logged into my account there was no “VIP perks”. I canceled the memberships and I was still getting charged a month later. Had to cancel the card to stop the transactions.

When will we learn? So many scammers and fake products to get our money and information. Like all the others…I ordered the product. It took forever to arrive and there was no difference I could see in my skin except for the rash it caused. This was in January. As of the most recent statement for my credit card I’m still being charged $39.99 a month. Thankfully my cc company is aware of the scam and credits my account. Emails and cancel requests go out into space and are never answered. Don't do it! Just another hassle.

Scam! I never received the product in January 2026. It’s now May and I have been getting charged $39.99 a month. I called today and the lady I spoke with barely knew English. She said I was subscribed to their VIP program. I never subscribed to anything! Ridiculous and fraudulent! Be aware!

Horrible customer service. Recurrent charges to my credit card. Limited access to account portal. Emailed them to cancel. The email bounced back. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered 3 bottles of this product and without my knowledge they signed me up for $29.99 autopay. Scam company and the product does not even work.

100% SCAM - They charged me $39.99 every month (4 times) after my initial order without sending anything. I was able to get a hold of someone and their “company policy” can only refund 3 charges. Absolutely insane that they’re collecting $ for NOTHING.

This company has several pages on here so I’m posting to each one. Like every other real person here I was also scammed by this sham of a “company”. Ordered one product. Which I did receive. Then noticed 5 months later I’d been charged $39.99 a month for their “rewards and perks”. No indication of this on my order confirmation… and no other email ever. No receipt for the monthly debit. No promotional emails saying “you’re part of this great rewards program… here are great products you can try”. Nothing. They know if they send emails you’ll catch on to what they’re doing. I went to the “cancel my membership” link and it continually brought me to a web page that doesn’t exist. I got a 404 ERROR page every time. I called. I emailed the address on the website and it bounced back. I’ve only been able to get to someone using the “contact us” form on the site. They told me they cancelled and have me a month refund. I continue to email back insisting on a full refund. 10 emails in and they say “we will be happy to cancel for you”. You said that was done 8 emails ago.

I am outraged that this sham of a business is making money off of siphoning money from people who tried their product once. And it’s a crappy product to boot. Based on some of the reviews some never even got the product! They’ve rebranded to “Volumize” now. Likely to avoid bad reviews and accountability for what they’re doing.

I made a one-time purchase as part of a black Friday sale in November of 2025. I received the items and thought all was well. However, I realized that they charged my card $39.99 four times, one charge each month, without my authorization after my initial purchase. I did not sign up for a membership, not was I informed that purchasing would require me to pay a monthly membership without monthly products. The month that I cancelled the membership and cancelled my credit card they charged $39.99 four times in a row! In four months they charged me $39.99 eight times for no products! They are a scam company! Buyers BEWARE!!

They have great communication and don't hesitate to refund if you contact them, but the delivery time is pretty ridiculous.

Can confirm what others are saying, I authorized one purchase for their product at a sale price of $30.99. I was charged $39.99 an additional two times. I reached out to them the first time and they credited back $30.99. I currently have an email out requesting for them to return any of the money charged over the $30.99 that I authorized. Thankfully I did receive the product, but I haven’t used it yet so I cannot comment on its efficacy. I am giving two stars for the fact that they did respond to my email.

3/12/26 1335: Editing to reduce down to 1 star. After writing this review, I called their customer service number. I was advised that the $39.99 charges were from the VIP membership. I never signed up for any kind of membership. It was not even an offer when I checked out. I have the receipt stating I paid a one time fee for one product. I reiterated this to the customer service rep. The best she could do was cancel the "membership" and credit back half of my membership fee. Definitely a scam of a company. Also, in the last month, they have completely rebranded and changed their website.

They have also charged my card $39.99 THREE times without my authorization after my initial purchase. I did not sign up for a subscription nor did I receive any products after charging my card without my authorization. They have been STEALING my money! Scam company! Buyers BEWARE!!

SCAM. You buy something from them. They charge you over and over every month without your knowledge.

Bought a one-time purchase as part of a black Friday sale, finally noticed now (in February) they have been charging a recurring fee of $39.99 a month since November for NOTHING, not sending any products, no communication via email, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you after!

Hello I’m back to share my opinion about this company so at first I was stuck in the nightmare of not receiving my product for weeks then I finally did so that was resolved but now literally 2 months later they are trying to charge me a subscription fee I don’t recall ever signing anything that says I agreed to any type of subscription terms. So I don’t know what the hell they have going on but I’d advise them to watch out and refund me my money because I will be reporting them. I will give them three business days to fix this and return my money to me I don’t want to see anymore charges from you people and I’m serious!!!

Scam. They take over 4 weeks to ship without telling you and keep saying “it’s going to ship soon”. Don’t waste your money

Scammers, still charging me for recurrent payment months later after I cancelled my initial order because they took so long to ship it out.

Scammed into "membership". My initial order was for 3 bottles, one time shipment. They have billed me twice this month for product not even received. No communication prior to billing. The product isn't effective and isn't worth buying imo.
Buyer Beware.

total scam ! i bought the product once and they signed me up for a subscription i never intent to have!!! sent email never got answer back and they continued charging me , don't get involve with this people please!
