Scammers, fraud, no contact. Stay the H away. My package is stück in international parcel center since june 9.

I'm so disappointed with this company, they are most definitely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered 2 T shirts and a hoodie last November as Christmas and birthday presents for my other half. No mention when ordering and handing my money over to them that all the items were in fact unavailable and I would not receive for Christmas (Christmas delivery was promised on their page). Eventually I received the hoodie in February, then one of the shirts in March, still waiting for the other T shirt that from last correspondence they said mid May, now they've ignored all my emails requesting a refund. I see I'm not alone here and many others have had similar experiences.

Der Bestellprozess an sich ist soweit okay. Der Rücksendeprozess ist aber eine einzige Katastrophe. Es hat circa zehn Tage gedauert, bis die Leute vom Support verstanden haben, dass die tolle Seite zum anmelden der Rücksendung nicht funktioniert.
Das Ende vom Lied war das ich die Rücksendung nun selber als Einschreiben zurück nach England geschickt habe. Die Sendung ist dort vor drei Tagen angekommen aber ich habe immer noch keine Bestätigung. Auf Rückfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass der Erstattungsprozess bis zu drei Wochen dauern kann. mit den Versandkosten für die Lieferung und die Rücksendung komme ich wahrscheinlich bei null raus

I received some of the best customer service that I have ever had with this team. I am giving 5 stars and my order was wrong, that is saying a lot of the customer service as it really saved my experience and will have me coming back. Here is what made it exceptional:
1. I was quickly talking to humans
2. Although I needed to be transferred, I did not have to re-explain the issue.
3. The follow through and follow up from Matthew was best in the business.

There was an issue w/an order. Cristin emailed me that the shipping & billing were both the same. She wanted me 2 let me know when I got my item. So, that everything was ok.

Placed my order and paid for next day delivery however the item wasn't dispatched until a week later arriving to late for my grandsons birthday party, i requested a postage refund but got no reply from this company the strange thing is they keep sending me messages asking for a review I keep telling them they are crap so maybe they will read this one and stop I would not recommend shopping with this company.

Sheilah was extremely helpful meeting my needs today. She was polite, prompt, and clear in what the process would be. Sheilah helped me reach a resolution rather quickly and the communication through out was exemplary. If Sheilah could be cloned, I'd suggest the employer pay top dollar to have 100 of Sheilah. ZERO.. ROBBERS ..I ORDERED 6 T_ SHIRTS .. Back in November..tried emailing..tried messaging.. tried ringing.. nothing. Please everyone don't order anything from here a sham set up

Horrendous company, been waiting fornt shirts since November, spent several hours waiting for the calls to be answered, 9 emails sent AND STILL NOTHING!!!, Lied to me as well stating they were going to launch an investigation, but surprise surprise, still nothing, just that the stock hasn't arrived would have given zero stars, do not buy from them, going to report to trading standards

Bestellt dort nicht. Lieferzeiten eine reine Katastrophe und schicken kaputte Waren raus. Mein Cap und Kette sind kaputt bei mir angekommen...

Only received half of my order, was told the other half was delayed.. Still haven't received it. They don't answer emails or their phone. Absolutely disgusting company

Placed orders in September for Xmas and despite a significant number of emails and telephone calls, for which wait times are in excess of an hour, have had no responses despite confirming twice via random email that the items have returned to stock and would be with us soon, but they never arrive!! You just cannot contact them - they take the money and say stock is available and then after payment has been made they email to say the items are out of stock. Got to report them to Trading Standards now only way to progress this. Appears from the reviews that there are so many others in the same boat as myself!!

Say away took £100 never reply to emails on phone for over 2hrs 3x now trying to get though to talk to someone about my order. Been month ago now.

Would give it 0 stars if possible! Pre ordered way back in October and the email says 'progressing' emailed customer services to literally be told I will get an email when it's been shipped! Why give people the option to preorder stuff if your not going to send it out when it comes on general sale!
