Customer service desk not helpful
I have been having some issues logging into the app and I flagged this. When I eventually did get a response from the helpdesk, it was passive and unhelpful. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I had already explained in my initial email that I tried this but it did not work.
I was unable to sign in due to "an error" with either my panel number or DOB, both of which were not entered incorrectly so I'm not sure where the error lies. I have been a member for a few years now and have never had problems previously so I know my details are not the issue. I lost out on points due to this glitch and I don't know if/when it will be fixed as it is difficult to get a response and a resolution from the helpdesk.
