Melinda and the Team at Shopanova are the reason we continue to grow our company at a rate we are extremely proud of. The speed at which they delivered us results surprised us to say the least and their customer service is second to none. Every meeting we have with the team reassures us in their high competency in their field. We are extremely excited to grow our company with them.

Unprofessional
I was really excited about working with shopanova, I scheduled a call and was scheduled to speak with Matthew. I blocked my schedule to make sure I was completely prepared to speak with them on providing fb advertisements for my business. Fast forward, the time that my meeting was suppose to start I received an email saying my meeting will be cancelled. Here I am looking at my computer screen trying to figure out why my meeting was cancelled at the last minute because they cancelled with no explanation. I emailed them and their reply was they were not interested in working with my business. I signed up for their services two days prior to my meeting after doing extensive research on their company, they had 48 hours to let me know they didn’t want to work with my company instead of waiting to the moment in which my meeting was suppose to start. I’m highly disappointed and that was very unprofessional for them.

I have been taken for a ride multiple times with other "Digital Marketing Experts/Companies" For the first time I am thrilled with the communication, results and ROI I am achieving with Shopanova.
