Ordered a chain july 28th and after a month I reached out asking where it was since it never shipped or arrived, they then told me it would be shipped immediately and almost another month later now, it still has not been shipped nor has it arrived. Asked to cancel the order and get a refund but they never responded.
Très bonne expérience avec Aurea. Je n’ai pas encore reçu ma commande, mais je suis très satisfait du suivi. Je reçois régulièrement des notifications concernant l’avancement et la préparation de ma commande, avec des informations claires, précises et rapides. C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir suivre l’évolution de sa commande en toute transparence. Merci à Aurea pour ce sérieux et ce bon suivi !
I bought two pairs and I'm really disappointed with the soles. They seem to be of very poor quality for the price. I thought they were made in Italy, but they turned out to be from China. I did like the design, but the quality leaves much to be desired.
