I love this little shop, I have so many of their suits and outfits. Their customer service is also wonderful, they are pretty responsive via email and recently allowed me to return an item that was a few days past the window but tags were still attached and it was never worn so that I could exchange it for a different style. Customer service is top notch! I ordered a size too large and had to return it for an exchange. Then tried a small and had to return it too. Turns out I needed a medium. Initially I was told they were out of that size and they were not going to get any more in. However, later on their Rep, Jazper reached out and said he found the item in the exact size that I needed - it was an item that had been returned. He was fantastic! I appreciate when people go that extra mile :-)
Also, I've ordered multiple swimsuits from this site and they are AH-MAAA-ZING! So flattering and great quality!!

I ordered my first Dolcessa swimsuit, and unfortunately, the bottoms ran a little too small. When I went to exchange them, the medium was already sold out online. I reached out to Dolcessa, and Jazper was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help me, found a size medium, and made sure it was set aside specifically for my exchange.
I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of customer service from a company. Even though the size I needed was no longer available online, Dolcessa still took the time and made the effort to find exactly what I needed and make sure I received it.

Jazper responded almost immediately and was absolute perfection throughout the entire process. Jazper guided me step-by-step through placing my order, showed me wonderful alternative options, stayed super responsive, and even threw in a discount code for my purchase!To top it all off, right after I placed the order, I received confirmation that my package had already shipped out. They have truly beautiful, high-quality pieces, and their customer service is top notch. I am so impressed and will definitely be ordering again.

Jazper made my experience incredibly smooth and easy! I sent an email without knowing what to expect. I had bought a bikini from the Flamingo hotel, and it snagged the first time I wore it when I returned home. I sent pictures of the bikini and the receipt, thinking I might get a discount on a new pair, but they ended up sending me a whole new bottom! I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be a return customer.

I love Dolcessa!!! I have been trying to find a great bathing suit and Dolcessa is amazing. their bathing suits are beautiful, the quality is outstanding and i love all of the designs. i dont mind paying for a great quality bathing suit as they last much longer. i had to make a few exchanges because of sizing and the customer service was great. they answered my emails righ away and helped with the exchange. theres nothing better than being able to talk to someone and have them help you right away!! i bought 4 bathing suits from them and are my new go to!! thank you!!

A swim bottom that I had bought my wife last year (her favorite set!) had one of the gold trim pieces break. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They offered to have the piece returned and fixed at their expense. I mailed it in two weeks ago and it is already on it's way back. Thank you Jazper!!!

I must have called Dolcessa like 5 times with questions and Jazper was patient and really helpful each time. I called a few times because the items I wanted weren’t available online so I wanted to check if they had the items in store and asked if it would be possible to allow me to purchase them and add them to my online order. I had questions about the color, fit and style and I was never made to feel like a burden. I was able to get every swimsuit, cover and bag I was trying to order and I couldn’t have done that without Jazper’s help. I have a photoshoot next Wednesday and I will have all the items by then because they shipped everything the same date too so I’m happy about that! I have other swimsuits and covers from Dolcessa and the quality is amazing! Their craftsmanship and material are super luxurious so I will continue buying from them and they have become my go-to for swimwear.

I had a problem with a bikini I ordered. It was past the return window but I had only worn it once . They responded quickly and sent me out a replacement . Great customer service . I will definitely be buying from this company again.

I cannot speak more highly of their customer service. A mistake was made with my order but not only did they swiftly make it right, they went out of their way to ensure that I remain a customer by giving me a complementary item. Jazper was great! I purchased two absolutely gorgeous Dolcessa bathing suits from a boutique in Key West—one in red and one in royal blue. These suits are stunning! They’re sexy, beautifully designed, and covered in sparkling rhinestones. I was in love with them from the moment I saw them.

After wearing the red suit only three times, I noticed that the rhinestones on the bottom were starting to come off. Considering these suits are definitely an investment, I was disappointed and suspected it was a manufacturing or quality control issue.

I reached out to Dolcessa’s customer service, explained the situation, and included photos. To my surprise, they responded the very next day and immediately shipped me a brand - new replacement bottom in the same style and color—completely free of charge!

That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Dolcessa truly stands behind its products, and they turned a disappointing situation into an exceptional experience.

I highly recommend Dolcessa to anyone looking for beautiful, high. Quality swimwear backed by outstanding customer service. In fact, I already have more suits sitting in my cart.
