I was pleasantly surprised on what came in my beauty box. It also came with bonus items. I had a question and was able to easily contact customer service. The agent did some research and called me back in a timely manner.

Honestly I think that the box was a waste of money. I was very disappointed in the items that I received. I thought that the box was supposed to have more makeup related items and I only received one make up item.

I love it and they have great products!

Babe Cosmetics is absolutely the best subscription plan I have. The products that they give are high quality and extremely wonderful. They really know just what I may need or want plus they give out little surprises now and then. I get to try things I may not have heard of or bought for myself. I highly recommend Babe Cosmetics to everyone that doesn't have time to shop because they are on point!!!

They trick you into spending more money. They word things in ways that can be easily misunderstood and have horrible customer service. I bought the free box and only had to pay shipping. But it turned out I also signed up for a second month that cost $30. I asked to cancel it and they said I couldn’t, but they would give me a discount on the second box. So I said okay to the discount. Weeks later, I still didn’t get anything so I asked about a shipping update and they said I’m not getting a second box. The $25 I spent was to cover the first box which was supposed to be free. And I’m positive they told me I’d still be getting a second box because I even got an order confirmation. The products also weren’t nearly as good as the website claims them to be!

Newbie make up girl here and I joined on a whim. I loved my first box and all the items in it. Especially love the cruelty free products. My second box should be here in 2 days!!! The packaging is pretty and structured well so all the items came free of any sort of damage.

The support team is always helpful and the box is always a wonderful surprise when i get home from a long day.

I received products that I do not normally use. They did not come with a description on how to use them.

Cool stuff. Good to try new things.

Got my box on time and I loved 3/4 of my products! The 4th was a lip liner which I don't use but I passed it off to my sister and she loves it. Products are top quality, cute packaging too!!

To expensive and the products are to small and it is not worth it please delete all my information I no longer have this credit card in hand anymore

The initial box I received, was surprisingly a good box! Normally free boxes have products no one wants, but I find myself actually using the products I received. I have no complaints about this box or the company.

Products arrived extremely late, nearly 1 month

The products received are good only the shipping time is too much and nobody gives you proper update about the whereabouts of your parcel

Reading all the fake reviews the company writes for themselves are quite amusing. They are basically scammers. Couldn't be worse. They might as well slap their customers in the face.
