Muy mal. Pedí unos labiales y nunca llegaron. Tras reclamarlos después de 45 días me dijeron que había habido un problema con el envío y me lo volverían a enviar y de nuevo ese nuevo envío nunca llegó. Tuve que volver a reclamar el dinero

No le daba absolutamente ni una estrella. Me encantaría adjunto tar fotos para que vierais el estado en que me llegaron dos barras de labios que pedí, no pude comprobar el pedido porque lo tiraron por la valla de la casa. He escrito dos veces al servicio de atención al cliente y no me han contestado. Súper poco profesionales y el producto no es nada del otro mundo. NO COMPRÉIS! OS VAIS A ARREPENTIR

I Ordered free babe box, paid postage and ordered and paid for 2 extra bonus products at same time, they will not send me the bonus products so I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and they tried to send me a second box and tried to charge me without sending my 2 paid for missing items.

This site is a chaotic mess. I got a first free box for shipping and handling. What they don't tell you (or put in the finest print) is that you must subscribe to a second box and pay 35 dollars. When you try to cancel, you have to send them an email and jump through a million hoops to finally get a link to cancel your subscription. And even now, I still don't trust that my card won't be charged. Keep an eye on your bank account. Also, the makeup is absolute crap.

FROM ORDERING TO RECEIVING I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH SCENT BIRD I THINK THEY ARE AWESOME AND THE PERFUMES ALL SMELL GREAT AND I CNT WAIT TO GET MY NEXY SHIPMENT

ALL of the products in the BABEBOX were highquality, and I have enjoyed trying the new products! Mascara, liquid eyeliner, cream blush and 2 other products were in the box. I haven't tried the last 2 yet, buit I'm sure they'll be as great as the 3 that I have tried. Very nice prestigious name brand products that you won't find in Wal-Mart.

Received the box a little late and only one of the items I purchased. I figure they are new so cutting some slack. Customer service did respond timely. Products are quality and mine all coordinated.

My box arrived in a very timely manner....almost sooner than expected, however one of my items, the face mask, had gotten a hole popped in the packaging and leaked inside the box onto the other items. And another one of my items happened to contain materials I am allergic to :/ so it was useless to me.

I had a rocky start to this subscription BUT once all of the kinks were worked it got so much better. When I received my box my palette was busted. I emailed them and they responded right away and said that they would ship out a replacement. Great Customer service means SO MUCH to me when it comes to subscription boxes. I would definitely give it a try y’all!

My box was fantastic ! I'm happy with all my products it just takes a month to get . Still waiting on my Jan box. I'm very impressed with the full size products I got though and excited to see what I get next.

I loved receiving the collection curated by Babebox. It was like Christmas. Luxury items, immaculate packaging.

My box arrived on time with tracking info the whole time it was in transit. I was offered a new customer mystery gift along with my box and I loved it! All of the products which are mostly makeup and some skincare products which were new and impressive. I can’t wait to see what my next months box has in store!

Babebox is fun and totally worth the $. I love seeing what goodies I'll recieve.
