The box came with the inside full.of crushed coloured powder everything was a mess.

I have so far paid for 2 boxes. First box I ordered was November. The second box was automatically charged for December. I have recieved track numbers for both and both are broken links I still have recieved nothing to date. I was also told I would receive 15% off next box (dec. Box) for signing up and that didnt go through so when the coupon was again sent to me via email I couldn't use it unless I signed up again for another box!!!!!! Sound like a headache to you???? Yeah... tell me about it
I asked for a refund and to be removed from subscription list I was denied and ignored... I'll be shopping Ipsy from now on thanks

I saw Babebox advertised while scrolling through Facebook and omg im glad i found this gem. I honestly had never heard about Babebox before (idk why) but i love the quality products they send. I love the Appeal eyeshadow stick super fab and eaay to apply.

I was initially VERY disappointed with babebox After I noticed the SECOND charge on my bank account and hadn’t even received the first box yet! After seeing the second payment gone and still no first babebox.....I wrote an email complaint. Within the week I finally had the first box in the mail

I was really impressed with the products. They are of excellent quality. I had also asked for a discount since I'm on a fixed budget and received it. I am very happy with my beauty membership. Customer service is great.

Très déçu j’ai passer commande en mai nous sommes en novembre et je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande et le vendeur insiste pour que sa soit moi la cliente qui contacte le transporteur pour leurs dire d’envoyer mon colis car il et bel et bien dans leurs locaux malgres mes plusieurs relance la plateforme de tensporteur n’a jamais donner suite à mes réclamation et le vendeur ne veut pas me rembourser cnets inadmissible je ne recommanderais jolis jamais là-bas ce sont des menteurs

The products were tossed into the box and not put in nicely. The highlighter bottle I got was messy and full of dust.

I received a broken palette in my August 2020 box. I have been told repeatedly they would fix it. They can't send me a new on they are all out so they sent me a list to choose from to replace it. I choose then never hear from them again. I contact them again and they tell me they will give me babecoins, I never received. I contact them again and was told oh sorry here is the babecoins. I tried to use them and found out I had to pay shipping! I again contacted them and didn't hear a reply. Today is November 7th 2020 and I again tried to contact them. Stay away from this scammy company. They also told me they didn't have conventions with me, but I have EVERY email that was exchanged.

They offered a free box by paying only but didnt make it very well known that I am agreeing to pay for a 2nd so was debited unexpectedly.

Received a box and the compact was completely broken. They said theyd send another but it's been 2 weeks and nothing. Sent an email and no response.

I asked for a lighter box 📦 at a lower fee. I am from Canada 🇨🇦. The shipping and US exchange were making my new subscription quite costly. Babe has worked out a fair plan for me to get a Babebox every other month and at a nominal fee that is more in line with my budget. I get the best of both worlds 🌎. I still get to enjoy some products from the monthly Babebox without breaking the bank. BabeBox team was able to arrange this for me so I wouldn't have to give up my subscription entirely. Thank you BabeBox for a fair resolution 👏

absolute worst waste of time and money they threw me around for three months still no box they kept trying to charge my account still no box never order from here they are scammers? I ordered this for my daughter birthday months ago!

I still have not received any products, yet have paid nearly $50. I am only leaving this review tentativly in the hopes I will soon receive the products. It can be changed and multiplied to other sites, depending on whether or not I receive the products. *Update: Nothing. Ever. Came. Thankfully I have Capital One, a company that takes fraud seriously!

This box costs a little bit more than the others that I'm subscribed to but I actually use everything that comes in my babebox!

I’m pretty satisfied with the products I ordered. I just got it a couple of days ago. With regards to service, I didn’t have a pretty good impression. I was concerned because I was already charged for the second order yet I haven’t received my first order. I thought it was a pretty good deal, just that the company should be straight forward with their lead time.
