I really like Babe Cosmetics, it makes it easy to shop beauty products and good quality for good pricing. I just wish I didn’t get repeated items. That was a little disappointing but other whys it is really nice. But if I keep getting repeats I’ll have to cancel my membership.

The make-up was nice. Not really my style.

I received ny first two boxes and I couldnt be happier! The first box I ordered was mistakenly packed without the surprise additions I payed for, and before I could even know it, the customer service people reached out to me, let me know what was going on, and made it right before I could even know they made a mistake. I've never had any problems with this company and i surely don't foresee any that could change my excitement about such an affordable CRUELTY FREE box! Plus I absoultely live the fact that I can send free boxes to my friends!!

I first heard about Babebox through social media, and like many other subscription boxes you pay a set monthly fee and get decent products monthly in return. All Babebox's products claim to be cruelty free which definitely appealed to me. The offer I'd seen advertised through social media was that you get your first box free, just pay postage and cancel any time it says. I've never used a subscription service before for makeup and thought this would be a great opportunity with money being tight at the moment to trial the box and see if it's worth the money. It advertises decent brands on it's instagram handle, so I assumed the products would be high quality and you're meant to receive 4-6 full sized products. This is also an American company and charges you about $30 monthly . Upon ordering my first box I never received any notification of it's shipment and had to email to chase it up over 1 week later and it hadn't even been processed by their warehouse, their lax 'Hey Babe' attitude over email comes across unprofessional and lazy. They are renowned for not getting back to you and ignore half of what you've said in your email, when querying where my box was nearly 4 weeks late, and asking if I can just have the parcel returned, they sent me a copy and paste that the box was out for delivery without any basic, proper email etiquette. It was only recently did I notice that I'm unable to just 'cancel anytime', you're only eligible to cancel if you pay full price for your second box and only via email - something again, that isn't disclosed upon purchasing. The offer is a complete false advertisement, just type their name in to youtube and you can see for yourself other's experiences on this company. Once actually receiving my box, the products are no way worth the $102 it claims to be worth. I got a pack of 5 lip masks that are Babebox's own brand, a 30ml bottle of hyaluronic acid facial oil (that is PINK GRAPEFRUIT and not Dragonfruit as advertised on my slip inside the box), a clear lip gloss, an eyeliner and a beauty blender. There's no way all of that is worth $102 after a quick google search of how much the products actually retail for. I would advise anyone to steer clear of the brand, there are better and cheaper subscription services that offer higher quality products that have a decent customer service too. PLEASE do your research before just jumping in, this is first hand experience that if something is too good to be true, it probably is. I'm now having to order a new card to stop this company from taking further funds from me as I wasn't ready to commit to a subscription at a very difficult time financially for everyone.

Babe is trash. They wont return my money. They make you subscribe unknowingly. And their customer service is trash. I didnt even want to give the 1 star.

Ladies, I know how exciting it can be to subscribe to those boxes. The excitement we get to feel unpacking to see what new fun products you will get to try. But DONT DO IT!! Dont subscribe to Babebox. It's literally the worst subscribtion box experience eveeerrr. Its such a hassle! I had to ask them to cancel my subscribtion because I felt that it was just a bit too expensive for me at the time being, they confirmed, but guess what my account still got charged. I asked them to change my address to make sure my box gets shipped to my new place, they confirmed. But guess what? My box still got delivered to my old place. WHY! This is extremely horrible and very unacceptable! I give them 1 star, for not even trying.

I paid for shipping and then they charged my card for the box and I still didn't receive anything. Is there any number where I can reach out to them? Please assist.

I love babe box it’s new it’s for mind body and soul! I recommend this to women who really want to treat themselves A+ for babe box

Babe cosmetics is pretty much a RIP off. I've been charged 2 times for the monthly box and charged again for the mystery products and I haven't received the first product yet. So not real happy

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS! I PAID FOR A BOX IN APRIL AND IT IS NOW JUNE AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. DESPITE THIS THEY HAVE STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE NEXT BOX EVEN THOUGH I HAVE EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CANCEL. SCAM!!!!

It is worth the price, the products are highly rated and recommended. But if you don't live close to the US, the shipment might be a little/lot longer then you expect it.

i have paid for my first box, yet received nothing. i have sent 3 emails, called every day for the past 2 weeks, and have received absolutely response at all. in fact, the cust. ser. number just rang 50 times then disconnected- EVERYTIME. i did get 4 emails though asking me to update my cc info for the 2nd box. NO THANK YOU! RIP OFF! They charged my card and didn’t send anything in return. that’s a bummer. BBB will be getting a complaint from me.
