The person went out of their way to get all my concerns dealt with. in a fast manner. And gave me a gift card for the remaining balance of my credit.

Charlene was excellent and handled my problem right away!

The sizes run extremely small (you need to order at least 2 sizes larger than what you normally would wear). The material/quality isn't so great, either.

But most important to know... they scam you by sneakily auto-enrolling you in a "membership" program upon checkout. It wasn't until several months later that I realized they had been billing my credit card $24.95 every month. The most expensive tie-dye shirts I've ever bought.. $100+ in "membership" plus my original $54 purchase for a couple of shirts. Had to report the membership fee as fraud to my credit card company because I had used apple pay and had no account/way to cancel the "membership". It created quite a hassle, too, because it caused my apple pay to have to be disabled for a period of time while my credit card was changed out.

Note to self - never again with small companies... just going to use Amazon. Screw the little guy who screwed me.

Despite suggesting their membership trap was clearly labeled, I never saw it presented plainly on Free Spirited's site while taking time to order. Further, if your Terms and Service has to start with a highlighted box saying that customers agree to not sue, there's a trust problem and you're fully aware as a company that your business practices are deceitful. Will NOT be buying from this disreputable company again.

I didn't read the 'fine print' because there wasn't any but they do not offer free returns for refunds. In addition, the materials advertised as 'soft' are not, and the fit is questionable. Will not be ordering again. I'm positive this will not be shared with potential customers

Received a great tye-dye shirt for a super price.
Then a few weeks later, I got another shirt in the mail - not sure if it was a "freebie" - so I checked it out and I didn't have to pay for it. It was a give-away, I think, and a cool shirt about being KIND.

The products were ok but not the soft shirts I thought they’d be. Also I ordered a dress and it hasn’t come yet and no word of why or when I’ll get it.

Free Spirited Clothing is awesome! I can't stop ordering more. They have a size chart for both the v-neck and regular tshirts so I was able to find my exact size. I'm so happy and excited to see more great launches of free spirited clothing.

I took a chance at one heckuva deal on the mystery shirts. The quality is fantastic, and the material is so soft! When I put it in for the first time, it felt like an old, broken-in, comfortable, go-to shirt that I had been wearing for years. I am really pleased, and will order again!

Erich with free spirited clothing was able to correct an error that I had missed in my accounting. Not only were they able to correct it but to give me a credit to in some way compensate for my dim-wittedness. He was polite, kind, efficient, and effective. I could not have asked for a better resolution.

Colors are brilliant and don’t bleed. They have a wide variety of colors and patterns. My husband who normally doesn’t like tie dye took one of my to wear. He really likes it. These shirts are quality material.
I do wish they made more feminine styles.

Spot on customer service. They handled a software error with grace and kindness. Even though it was for a free shirt, they still treated me as I was their highest paying customer. Great job!!!

Beautiful T and great shipping! Be careful at checkout as I inadvertently signed up for a recurring monthly payment subscription! Contacted them and my credit card when I finally noticed 3 charges. Resolved in a few hours and very apologetic…..That goes a long way with me! Thanks
