Ordered two shirts and an anklet. Got the shirts, love them! Had a delivery issue with the anklet (it was delivered but was missing). Things happen. I reached out to customer service to see if they could give me any delivery info and they provided me with the photos. They were very fast to respond and empathetic. They went above and beyond to assist me, which went a long way. When things go awry, how customer service handles makes all the difference.
Will definitely order more stuff from them and have mentioned this company to some friends!

I had an issue with a subscription and emailed Free Spirited Clothing for a resolution. I received a reply less than 24 hours later. Friendly, understanding and just an amazing company to deal with. My issue was resolved within 24 hours of my first contact with customer service. AMAZING!

I'm usually leary about buying from links on Facebook but, I'm glad I did this time. I bought a shirt for myself and one for my wife. We love them, they fit perfectly and they are definitely quality shirts.

I get compliments when I wear the pride tie dye whenever I wear it. It is soft, has kept its shape with washes and is good quality.

This is my first time ordering from the company, and they were offering the deal where you just paid shipping. When I was checking out it was like oh would you like to buy another mystery t-shirt for an extra $10 or something so I said sure why not. They sent me the exact same t-shirts and that was kind of bummed by that I know it's a mystery but I would assume they would at least be different :(

Part of my order arrived. There was a small stain on the shirt. I was well taken care of by customer service, not having the trouble of returning the item, and receiving a new one in its place.

This is a great company. Their customer service is very good and the shirts are quality, beautiful shirts. I already own 4 of them !

The shirt was a "try me, surprise choice" offer, sent from the company for the price of postage, just to try their shirts. I ordered it thinking, "ok, show me whatcha got. It's probably a shirt that didnt sell well, gross colors..."

Well, Shame On Me!! This Negative Nancy got one of the nicest surprises ever!

The shirt is pastel, of all my favorite colors, and fits perfectly. It's very soft, washed well, I just love it!
