I reached out to Customer Support regarding my cancellation of their Membership program.
I received an immediate response. This was followed by outstanding and personalized assistance in quickly and thoroughly solving the issue to my satisfaction. Abby, the Customer Service Manager, went above and beyond to express care and concern and served as an outstanding representative of this small business with a big heart.
I receive consistent compliments on the very high quality shirt I ordered and I appreciate their pro-social advocacy and support of a non-profit organization focused on women's mental health.

Shirt colors are dull

I’d give a negative score, if possible. I was charged twice for their Free Spirited Insiders membership program at a rate higher than what is posted to their customer service telephone message. Information about the program was NOT on the web page when I submitted payment info and was only listed on the receipt as no charge. When I told the customer service rep that I wanted a refund for both months, I was told that providing me with a refund beyond one month was against their terms of service.

I’m not sure why Free Spirit issues the same response to every message and why they say terms of service are listed all over their website. Enrollment in the Insiders Membership is ONLY listed on the receipt I received AFTER I placed my order. It took some time, but I did get a response and a refund in the form of a visa prepaid card. Not exactly what I want- I’d prefer a refund to my credit card, but better than nothing. Awful experience.

I ordered a mystery tie dye to see the quality of your shirts before ordering more for Christmas gifts. After anxiously awaiting my order, I was super disappointed in the colors my shirt was dyed in, it clearly looks like a shirt for a guy, not a woman.

Valerie is a wonderful customer support rep! She is SO quick to respond, even during after hours/weekends. I'll be honest that at first, I thought she was an AI bot solely because of how lightning fast she was to respond, but I quickly realized she was a real person in my interactions with her because AI could never provide as superb customer service as a human like Valerie, even if it tried. I love the shirts as well! Thank you Valerie and Free Spirited team!

My credit card was charged multiple times for a membership fee. When I realized it and contacted the company, they promptly provided me a full refund (in under six hours) , which I greatly appreciated. Also, their clothing is top quality 😁

Great clothes and excellent customer service!!

I ordered 3 mystery t shirts expecting them to be all unique and different. All three are exactly the same. What am I going to do with three identical t shirts? They are no softer than any other t shirt I own. Very disappointed.

I have purchased five beautiful shirts from Free Spirited for myself and family. The fabric is of excellent quality and feels good on skin. The colors are just as shown in the photos. Great products at reasonable prices!

I misunderstood their website and accidentally signed up for some kind of membership... It was a misunderstanding on my part but they were happy to help me correct it by sending me a prepaid Visa for the amount that they had taken out of my account... And then they cancel my accidental membership LOL.. honest and great company

I ordered and paid for 3 shirts in June. Received my shirts. In July and August they charged my debit card $26.88. For nothing! I look into it and they called it a “membership fee”. That’s crap. The company is misleading!

They were very fast with their response and also made sure my questions were answered. Very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely appreciated the response time becuase my issue was about my address. Would definitely buy from them again! Thank you for all that you do

I had originally misunderstood the membership program that Free Spirited offers. The customer service staff was able to educate me about how it works and work out a deal with me to make it a win-win. Very helpful staff and very responsive. After dealing with a good number of online retailers in the past without such positive results, it's nice to see a company that shows its high regard for customers. Their products are quality too and I will be checking their website often. My compliments to this business

Not really what I expected. The shirts were cotton but the tiedye colors weren't vibrate or what was posted. The neck holes are small. I had to strech it, my sister even said it looked uncomfortable. I can see a man have trouble with this. Fit was awkward but for the price, I kept the two I ordered. Then I found I paid a dollar more for only XL. I read on reviews to order a size up. A large would have not fit. It claimed they were a name brand cotton Tshirt. It was not, a company I never heard of. Didn't even have a Free Spirit tag. Usually, you are only charged more for 2X and up. Read they shrink on washing, I have not washed these yet. THEN I found a charge for 25.95 on my card. I did not make another order. I learned from Google the company, Free Spirit, automatically signs you up for a reoccurring subscription fee!! Absurd! They claim they are closing?? Then why a reoccurring subscription charge?? Very fishy company!!
Will not order again.

I really loved the picture on the website for the Siren shirt. When I received my order, the colors were not like the picture. The shirt reminded me of the Slushie style instead.
