Beautiful jewellery, good customer service. And 10% is donated to help sea turtles!

I received my delivery today and everything is soo beautiful. Looks exactly like it does on their site. I ordered two dreamer blue opal sea turtle rings and some tiny coin stud earrings.

One of the earrings was bent so i emailed customer services with a picture and within 10 minutes they have made an order to ship a replacement pair.

The jewellery all comes in one (very cute) bag. Some reviews here have moaned about this but I think they are missing the entire concept of the site.

Really Impressed!

I ordered 3 rings arrived around 7 days after ordering which is pretty quick considering the circumstances I thought it would be longer.

You receive your tracking number and confirmation email after your purchase and a personal email from Amy one of the owners to thank you for your order and tell you what your donation goes towards which I think is really sweet!

I ordered the Hanalei sterling silver black agate ring limited edition S, DREAMER Tiny heart ring M and Lunar silver moon and black star ring S they look Exactley how they do online (Instagram was where I came across their shop)! The rings are really cute, dainty and pretty and have perfect fit, really happy and pleased with the rings 💕

I will definitely be ordering more! 😊

Extremely poor quality for the price you pay. The gold plated turtle ring has eroded and is now patchy after a few wears. Very unimpressed with the quality. If you are going to use such a wonderful concept, at least fix the quality of your product so that more people will actually use it.

Sadly one of my children used one of our credit cards to purchase items from Honu. Honu did not carry out basic checks such as confirming the name was that of the cardholder (which it was not).

Customer services were excellent. They immediately offered a full refund despite being well outside the standard returns window (which whilst not actually relevant, some other retailers try to hide behind).

Fast shipping and good customer service! My package missed one of my three items (I bought two rings and one necklace and the necklace was not included) and I wrote an email to customer service right away with pictures of my order and order ID. I got a very fast response, an apology and a promise that they would send the item right away. And they did! Two days later it arrived and I could not be happier! Lovely jewellery, good service and best of all, you help the sea turtles with every purchase! Strongly recommend! ❤️

Not impressed with the service. I bought a few rings for gifts and they all came in 1 bag with 1 card. As I wanted each person to know that their gift came with a donation to the sea turtles I wanted to give them a card each. I was told it would cost an extra £1.50 to be sent 2 little cards. I won't be using them again.

Not impressed!!! I ordered 4 items, 3 of which are presents. All of the items came in one bag with one gift card and nothing else. I get this is a waste saving service but if you are to give these as presents how are you meant to Spread the word about the whole concept of the website. I asked if they could send me two further little cards (which are the size of a credit card) only to be told this would cost 3.99! I didn’t expect these for free but since when does an envelope and stamp cost 3.99! Be aware if you are ordering presents from this site.

I bought a ring from them and after two weeks it broke. It got caught on my clothing and snapped. I sent pictures and a message to them on Instagram and nobody bothered to reply after they asked me how it happened.
I'm unimpressed with the poor quality of the ring and even more unimpressed with the lack of customer service.
Would not recommend.

Lovely products, at a reasonable price, and for a worthy cause. My delivery was incorrect though, so that's a little annoying...
