Brilliant. Exactly like the picture! I got the whole set and my daughter loves it

Items were made and dispatched quickly. The drawstring bag is good and print seems good bright quality. The keyrings however, the colour is faint on them so I was a bit disappointed by those.

What I received was absolutely nothing like the picture on the listing. I ordered one mid-size reversible octopus with fancy font name written on the leg. Instead I received two cheap tiny octopi with the name stuck on in comic sans. Don't expect your orders to turn up like the picture.
Unfortunately can't return as the item was personalised and I needed it as a gift ASAP... Was incredibly disappointing for myself and the receiver. Fortunately not too expensive...

I had a problem with the water bottle. I emailed them and they replied immediately. They asked a few questions and then said they would send me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

The backpacks arrived and made 2 girls very happy. Superb quality and just as ordered. Very happy

It was a very tatty, flimsy plastic with terrible name print labubu keyring, I paid 10 pound all together including shipping for something you could win at the 2p machines in the arcade. Poor print quality too.

Horrific company never use didn’t get order offered a refund never for refund then items arrived weeks later when I didn’t need them anymore as had to purchase other gifts and still no refund

Good quality products and a speedy and efficient delivery.
Also a good website that is easy to use and provides realistic previews of the products.
Some excellent deals too.

Order was easy to place online and personalise the items. 4-6 working days was more than acceptable as I’d ordered well in advance of the end of school term. Items were lovely on arrival.
Unfortunately it took 6 weeks to arrive. 😓. Instead of me chasing twice maybe a good customer service would have been to email that there was high demand for the note books and on 2nd email problem with supplier.
Either way I now have my items and the recipients I’m sure will love them

Lovely cousin crew t-shirts arrived but only 3 out of the 4 t-shirts ordered. Number on website just permanently ‘user busy’ and no response to my email trying to rectify. Dismal customer services..,If you see this please kindly reply to my email

Sadly my item was sent with the name spelt wrong. That was weeks ago. I sent it back but have never received a replacement or a refund

Received order in a few days. Delighted with the babygrow for my granddaughter.
Good quality. My granddaughter loves watching the dancing fruit on tv.

Items arrived too late, no apology and no response from the company

Product, once received, was good quality and beautiful, but unfortunately, through no fault of Shopminivip, their delivery didn’t arrive on time, it was two days late and all down to Royal Mail. I think they need to look into their delivery options.

Lovely item but didn't receive until 4 days after Mother's Day. I only saw it advertised the week before Mother's Day but it was saying Express Delivery in 2-3 working days so thought it would get here in time. I know it had to be personalised so think the cut off for ordering for Mother's Day should have been days or even a week earlier.
Went round the houses once in the hands of Royal Snail Mail.....nothing express about it so wish I hadn't bother with the cost of Express postage.

My grandaughter loves her new water bottle. Great value for money and loves her name on it .
