Awful service. Items arrived 20 days after the date stated. Failed to reply to 5 emails sent directly and only replied to a third party. Should refund items but the seller is not responding.

Truely the worst customer service I have experienced. Paid express 2-3 day delivery. They sent it standard and so took 7 days. Arrived too late for the event it was purchased for. No response to emails sent informing them of this and asking for a refund. Wish I'd read reviews before buying from them. AVOID.

Ordered, took payment, no confirmation email, no answer by email (4) called number 32 times constantly user busy, avoid at all cost, sham company, don't know how they sleep at night, my mistake for not viewing Trust pilot first😡😡😡

Absolutely sh@t show of a service no confirmation email no order number but quick enough to leave you with no product but pocket the over priced money! My friend ordered it was a shoddy George asda shirt that comes in a 2 pack for a fiver with a crappy print on the back could of made at home for such poor quality

Hands down the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with!! They say my ordered has been delivered to my 'safeplace' by the postman but it wasn't left in my safeplace and it's gone missing. I contacted them and they won't do anything to help, they're terrible at communicating with me, phone line doesn't work when you ring it. They won't give me a refund or send me a replacement order. In the end, I've contacted the bank and they have given me my money back. Don't waste your money and buy from them, they're absolutely awful.

Sh@t!! Avoid avoid avoid! Never received my order! My bad for not checking reviews first! The contact support number doesn’t actually work and the automated message service is useless! Ordered what I thought would be a lovely gift for my daughters teacher, leaving primary school so I wanted to make an effort! Best rush out to M&S! After reading reviews unlikely I’ll get a refund either! I’ll be warning friends and family! Awful.

Do not waste your money on these scammers!!! Bad quality, bad packaging, broken items, no contact after chasing and slow delivery. Total waste of money and I am embarrassed to give the items as presents, the ones that are actually not broken.

Don’t shop here. Had no correspondence from a lost Father’s Day gift. I will keep emailing. Maternity pay is bad enough let alone being ripped off and ignored over an over priced vest.

The service and garments are off good quality

I ordered a 3 piece for my grandson personalised for his birthday. When he opened it his mum was delighted, despite me having to chase up this order as it took weeks I didn't mind as the gift was appreciated. Imagine our horror when the logo on the sweat pants are printed on the back on the pants. I've emailed more than 3 times and I'm ignored. I've used the company before and had no problems until now. I certainly will not recommend to anyone else.

Sadly we ordered the prime hoodie and t-shirt for my son’s birthday. I asked for the hoodie to have no name or writing on it and it arrived with ‘Ryan’ on the back. I have messaged the company asking for a replacement and have had no response. Very disappointing and my son is rather upset.

7 months ago I ordered an item and I never received it! I messaged numerous times with no response!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Thieves!!

I ordered a set which was trousers, t-shirt and sweatshirt in navy and grey, size 3 - 4. When it arrived the t-shirt and jumper are clearly different colours, when I emailed I was told that it states on the website that colours may vary across sizes due to different manufacturers, I’ve since pointed out it is all the same size but not had a reply. I won’t purchase from them again and I would caution anyone hoping for the picture perfect ‘matching’ set to avoid also. Terrible customer service and cheap items.
