Took $19.99 out of my checking account on 10/29/24 and never received the Cutify smoothie blender that I ordered. NEVER order from Cutify or Shopmatic. They are SCAM companies!

Ordered a Cutify Portable Blender back in August 2024, received a confirmation of my order # and no product ever arrived. Called the # they list for their customer# and is disconnected. They are a SCAM!!!!! They took my money, and no product ever received.

Absolute SCAM!! they take your money and no product arrives! I’ve reported it, don’t give any details out to this scam! It’s totally to get money and no product recieved. I’ve reported it….. whether I get my 22.99 back is another thing 🤷🏻‍♀️ PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I have written many times about these scum bags. Stay away, they are thieves.
They once wrote to me saying they are new owners and not like the old ones. I replied saying why would you buy a company where no one has anything good to say about them. They are liars .Stay away!

Total scam…they work under the name Cutify…they take your money, give you an order number…no tracking…no goods sent…no way of contacting them…they won’t reply….avoid completely.

Yup total scammers also cutify don’t buy from them! Facebook needs to delete them and their ads

They also go by the name "Cutify" - they're a fraudulent company that makes money knowing your bank will refund you for their deception. Made an online purchase with no tracking info much less product received to date. Avoid purchasing from them!

Paid for 3 travel-smoothie blenders for my children, never got them, E-mailed them twice but no reply. I have now contacted my bank to get them to investigate and I´m going to let Facebook know about this scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scam!!!! I placed an order for cutify blender on July 29th 2023 paid for express shipping it's September 13th 2023 I have not received package . They keep giving me the run around . First they said order is being shipped then when i email them about it asking for refund they said they was going send money back in 2-3 buiness days but have yet to received that too.

Total scam. They don't deliver goods, fob you off with lies about the goods being in customs and then they ignore messages after this. I have raised a dispute with my bank as I just want my money back now.

They don’t deliver. I ordered a set of bike mirrors for $30USD when they were in LA. Never turned up and kept saying wait another week etc. By the time I went to my bank to cancel it was too late. I wrote heaps of bad reviews and they eventually wrote back saying they will send me my mirrors at half price again! I am not stupid and won’t fall for the same trick. Now they have moved and the liars say they are new owners. If they are then they are fools for buying a business with such a bad reputation. The date on my original purchase is older than 12 months as I can’t remember exactly when I bought, could have been 2019 but this site does not accept purchase reviews older than 12 months. I still try and write a review of my original bad experience. Anyway stay away, if they are not scammers then they are simply bad business people. You have been warned!!!
