I ordered in April, still waiting after numerous emails. Impossible to track and now the email address rejected I can only say SCAM SCAM SCAM.........
Facebook needs to sort it out as I still see advertisements for the product

First the link to track the delivery wasn't updated. When the product finally arrived, it was what I ordered (I ordered advance leather repair gel in different colours but didn't receive the colour I ordered. I doublechecked the confirmation email to ensure I didn't order the wrong colour). I emailed them twice and received zero replies.

Absolute garbage company, saw their advertisement on Facebook so figured they were legit. Product never came, they never responded to emails, and the only communication is the generic response that is about to come when I post this review. This company is a complete scam. The automated generic response that is about to follow will say, we are not a scam and please contact info...

Really bad, no products sent, no answer, no money return. Hoax.

This company is rude x does not hold up to what they advertise I order this item in September x the money was taken straight from my account x have not received it yet have emailed you 3 times x have had no reply so rude x I am now thinking off seakin league advice

Got the leather repair gel. Tiny 20ml tubes when the ad shows 50 mls. Put it on to my sofa and it was terrible. Since the product came with absolutely no instructions no idea if I applied correctly…my lounge is now worse as the brown I ordered came out more a rust colour…complete rip off given what I paid.

Spent $55 AUD on leather repair kits…… received nothing but 6 x 20ml bottles of grey paint that stuffed both my car interiors and did nothing like the ads show! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Scam!! I emailed and have received no replies at all!

Saw the add on Facebook.Looked great.Ordered the product from Shopnatic.Received nothing.What a shame for so many people the same thing has happened.I couldn't believe all the bad reviews when I started reading through them.

Recieved my order after a few months. 2 tiny tubes arrived, tried on wear and cracks on sofa, doesn't repair anything, totally useless. Complained via chat that it's useless and doesn't work, asked for my money back under their guarantee. Got totally ignored. Avoid and save ya money.

Shopnatic is a scam company, taking your money and not sending your product. Sophie Green refused to refund my money from a March 2021 purchase that I still have not received (October 2021). Do not buy from this company. Search Shopnatic complaints and you will see that I am not alone. Many complaints on trust pilot. I reported them to Facebook as they still advertise there.

Never, never buy from this company. I have had the same experience as earlier reviewers. Never received the goods. Ordered and paid in July. Have been following up since the end of August. Initially I got replies saying they would be in contact but nothing. My very first bad experience with online shopping ! They are still advertising on Facebook.

Absolute scam, don't buy as much as a t-bag. Ordered in March received nothing and it's October. Attempted to make contact numerous times and just receive the same bogus email. Be warned and buy nothing. I didn't want to give any stars but only way I could write a review was to give one. I have email chain to back this up.

I’m writing a new review. I too the old one down because they told me that they would only refund my order (that I ordered in February and never got) if I deleted my trustpilot review. I haven’t received the money and it has been weeks and once again they won’t reply to emails. I have completely given up on the company and based on other reviews I’ve just seen - it’s not just me. It seems to be a scam company, so I’ll advise others to stay far away and never order from this company. The take the money, but you won’t receive anything.

This is an email from them and I have it so I can prove it:

I’m writing again as this company have somehow convinced trustpilot they are trying to resolve issues. This is not the case . The standard response from Trustpilot is “ Shopnatic require more information to help them to resolve the issue. Of course so fell for this new delay tactic. Having sent all the information ( numerous times) including bank details I am still waiting. No product. No refund. Bad news bad company. Stay clear of these scammers. Interestingly I have not seen their ad pop up for a while so I’m hoping their business has been affected as a result of their scandalous business activities and people more aware of them and avoiding dealing with them. I received yet another response to this review from Shopnatic :

Standard responses as delay tactics. They don’t even respond to emails .

Do not use this company. I ordered in April, they took my money and I have recieved no leather gel or a refund. I have sent lots of emails to two shopnatic email addresses but no response. I have never had this experience before as I have been totally ripped off like other people. Shopnatic if you read this send me my money back and don't tell me to email business shopnatic or info shopnatic emails as I have done this numerous times.

Despite all indications that I had been scammed, the tubes of Leather restorer arrived in the mail today. It appears I have wronged Shopnatic by claiming they are a sham company.
At this stage, I cannot attest to the efficacy of the product but I am pleased that it has arrived at last.

I ordered the leather repair goo 3 weeks ago & received an email after my order was placed stating that I would receive an email when it was being sent, usually within 48hrs.
Since then, I have sent emails requesting information about my order with no reply.
It seems that this mob are scammers.
Update 1: Ha - guess what, they have contacted me to say they are not scammers! Now I feel better!
Update 2: It's been 4 weeks & 1 day since I placed my order. The tracking system says it is still at Taiwan Post - Chunghwa Post. Been there foe 26 days if they are to be believed.
Update 3: Ordered 18 August 2021. Now 29 September. Shopnatic say they are legit but the package is still at the Taiwan PO according to the tracking link. Probably all the same scam. Steer clear of this mob.

Do not buy here. It is a scam, they are cheaters and want only your money.
They are lying to you and promise everything to get you dollars.

Liars because they say that I received the product (after months without answering) and never received it (prove me that I received it) I have spent months and many hours invested for $ 19.95 dollars (I cannot stand liars and thieves even for $ 1)
Imagine, now it turns out that if I remove my bad review, they offer to refund my money ... ??? I mean, they extort me, only until I indicate how thieves they are, is that they offer to return the money in exchange for removing the bad review.
I will go to the consumer office in the USA to report them, I will also do it with my credit card, etc. etc.
Do not be scammed with this company, never buy anything, because you will lose money!!!
