I so wish I could give negative stars! I’m usually so diligent about these things so I feel silly ordering before confirming. Shame on any “influencer” promoting this “company” because they are a straight scam. Kept getting emails from random accounts saying they noticed I didn’t get my order but don’t worry, it’s on the way and to reach out if I had any questions. I reached out twice to get updated tracking because it currently leads to nothing, and never got a response. Funny how once I initiated a chargeback with my credit card and got it granted almost immediately, they reached out. Nope, I learned my lesson! Hope they’re shut down soon.

If 0 stars was an option I would’ve chosen that. I ordered 3 sets at the end of February, got an order shipped email March second and it is now April 11th and still no sign of the clothes. When you try to track the order you must know who is carrying it which is useless because they don’t tell you that so it is nearly impossible to track. At this point I have no hope in getting my order and am really disappointed in this company for saying how they’re trying to help pregnant women be comfortable when instead they’re stealing our money. Ridiculous.

If there was a way to NOT leave a star I would. This company is 100% a scam. I ordered 7 items for my lady on March 3rd. They sent me a tracking number that saying “process”. Nothing has ever shipped. Was able to email them 3 different times only to be told “Dont worry, your package is in route, you should be receiving soon” yet still NOTHING. Asked to cancel order and for a refund, and thats while all communication went away.

Finally got my order a month after ordering. Customer service does not respond to anything. The pink color I ordered was a mauve color and the one that came is neon pink. Runs super small. Definitely not maternity clothes, I guess I will use the sets post partum. No way to return items and no way to leave a review on the website which tells me all their “reviews” are fake. This company is a total scam.

I feel this site is a scam. I placed an order almost 5 weeks ago to see me through to the end of pregnancy. I have not received my order and is still waiting for label to be created. Have contacted customer service twice and had no response. I only have 2 weeks left of pregnancy so has been a complete let down

SCAM!!! Never received my order and no refund! No response to emails

The product advertised is not the product that they’re selling. If you actually get it you wait around for months to receive it. Their customer service is terrible. They’ll agree to a refund if you can actually reach someone about ,but you’ll never see it. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the company or the product. Don’t waste your money. It is not viral. Do not buy it.

Definitely a scam. I wish I would have done research. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I never received the product and can not get in touch with customer service.

Wish I had researched more. I normally do when I am being flooded on FB or Intragram with adds or products. However getting into my 2nd trimester I was desperate. So finally pulled the trigger and ordered two sets almost a month ago. Company ghosted me, or simply responded your order is still on the way. The tracking info I was provided has not updated and does not show my package moving at all. After 2 weeks of no responses I finally am disputing the charge with my bank. Im hoping I get my money back.

Do not order from Nurtovia. Scam. Order never received and can’t reach anyone at the company.

DO NOT BUY!!! It took over 3 weeks to get mine also sent wrong size and definitely not what is shown in the videos and advertisements!!! And trying to get ahold of them is a joke! So I just had to take a loss! I knew I shoulda went with my gut feeling and not bought them. If I could give them a 0 I would!

They steal videos from other products that are higher quality. Clothing is incredibly poor quality and cheap. They will not allow refunds or returns -- they just ghost you.

Don’t get scammed by these people this is not the same material and the shorts have a bunched hard line that will give you painful cloths lines on your growing belly. I have been trying to get a refund and return my order but they will not get back to me and give me the information to return it.
This is completely false advertisement!

I wish I had read this before ordering. Time to notify FTC, BBB, Facebook and anyone else!

It’s a scam, did receive my order, no returns or refunds. I’m ticked I lost my money, DO NOT use!!

This company is a SCAM. I purchased 3 pairs of shorts and tshirt maternity sets and what arrived was not what was advertised. I cannot wear these maternity shorts because the band is elastic and tight, not at all suitable for a growing bump! I have reached out to support so many times, using all methods (fb messenger, email, website chat) and no response. I’ve disputed the charge and I suggest you do the same if you have ordered and received the wrong thing. The more chargebacks they have on their account, the more likely they are to be shut down. I left a comment on their posts as I was also being flooded with ads and they blocked me on all socials. What a horrible company to prey on pregnant mommas who are just looking for cute comfortable clothes!

Placed an order for three sets on the 29th of January and have yet to receive this order, I placed a big order because of the raving reviews on TikTok and facebook from a bunch of influencer accounts, not sure how they got their orders so quickly but super upset and I’m out nearly $80. My order is showing in Los Angeles as of 13th of Feb. I can’t get in touch with ANYONE from their support teams.

Wrong size arrived and they are not responding to emails or anything to return for a refund. They flooded my socials and yet have terrible communication.

I am unable to reach a customer support person through their email or website, or talk to anyone over the phone. The number they provided just rings or goes to a leave a message. In Dec 23,25 I ordered 2 sets of the shirt and shirts they advertise. Should have received my order 7 to 10 business days. I have contacted them numerous times when I enter the numbers given for tracking. It comes up as no order with these numbers. They Took the $51.44 out of my account the very next day. It appears that I am out of $51.44 because I have been unable to get a reliable answer, or receive my order. I think there chat is IA. I agree with another customer comment, that this site is a SPAM. I suggest that you not order anything from them!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Placed my order Jan 21st around 1 pm. It’s the next day and I still have no heard anything. No updates or anything. I also noticed they actively delete Facebook comments calling them out. After reading more information from others, I believe this is a scam site.
